Horrible experience…read more I brought my phone in for a simple screen replacement and they told me I'm all good to go and then a couple hours later I called them and asked for an update and they told me that they weren't able to do the screen replacement because I am currently on an iOS beta and they can't conduct their calibration on a beta. I told him why didn't you ask me beforehand if I'm on a beta and he said "that's out of our jurisdiction" it's some fat guy who's a manager I think. What is that even supposed to mean? It's not that complicated to ask if you're on a beta or not. Had he asked me that I would've just downgraded from the beta and done the repair like normal on a different day. I went back to get my phone and now the screen was completely unusable which means I had to cancel a bunch of work because I need my phone at work and the fat manager did not care at all. He kept telling me to calm down. Thankfully, I have insurance and they're gonna provide me a replacement, but if I didn't have that, this guy clearly would not have cared at all. He would've just been like whatever your phone is broken go on your way so I would definitely recommend not coming to the shop if you have the choice not to. I don't have a phone now for the next couple of days.
