Big shoutout to Leon!!!! My MacBook crashed & I was crashing out...lol. Luckily I found Leon's shop close by & he was available same day to run diagnostics, at no charge. He found the problem quickly and got my laptop back to me sooner than his estimated date (even with this happening 1 day before Memorial Day weekend). Pricing was very reasonable as well, I definitely would have been paying 2-3 times more somewhere else. Also, I appreciate that before he did any work, he contacted me to discuss the issue, the solution and the price to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. I highly recommended him, his shop, and his services! read more

Best service! Been coming to Leon for years. I would never go anywhere else for my computer

The service here was absolutely fantastic. They were very communicative and very well priced. My son's iPhone 14 had a broken front screen and back screen. It was glitching. They looked at it and knew exactly what the problem was, I dropped it off for a short period of time. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. Highly recommend. read more

Just read the thread of my reviews for Leon. It speaks for itself. The list of repairs he has done for me continues: Here's the latest- my 8yr old son decides to pile drive his iPad from his top bunk in an effort to create cinematic genius. Instead he succeeded in bending it so badly it was shocking the screen did not crack. Surprisingly the whole thing got recorded. To my boy's credit he got some truly moving footage. Everyone who's watched the offending sequence, winced without fail as he came down hard on his iPad. So, budding filmmaker? Maybe. But leave it to Leon to sort it out. In no time, he dissembled it, straightened out the bend and had it back in much better shape than I expected, 100% fully functional. All at a totally reasonable and affordable price. Cut to my old iPhone XS needing a new battery and yet another replacement screen (the XS is a tank, but I guess I've just got butter fingers.). As usual, repairs went great, after one false start with a faulty screen, and a few days waiting for another official Apple screen to come in stock. But do I care? Nope, because Leon won't let you out of his sights until he knows you're happy. Look, if you've read this far, it may have crossed your mind that maybe I'm Leon's cousin he pays to write reviews. I assure you, though he makes you feel like family, you couldn't pay anyone to keep updating these reviews with such veracity. So, if you've had any doubts bringing your device to The Professional, get over it! We are all lucky to have a guy like Leon around! read more

I recently had my work computer's screen completely shut down on me. Called Leon and he asked me to bring in the laptop the same day and asked for a couple of hours to fix it. I was worried the entire screen was damaged. However, after 1.5 hours, Leon was able to fix the software and resolve the issue completely. He was quick and the price was unbelievable. His service was so great, I went back and had him replace my cracked iPhone screen, which he yet again delivered at the lowest price I have been quoted. Amazing business and my forever go to place for any computer or phone issues. read more

Leon saved the day!! We found Leon desperate for help after a terrible experience at a different repair place. The other place broke our MacBook during a basic battery replacement, denied responsibility, and basically said there was no hope for our computer. Hoping for a miracle, I found Leon on Yelp and called him for a second opinion. In less than 1 minute, he was able to diagnose the issue and within 24 hours, we had a perfectly working computer!! To say we were thrilled with Leon and the entire experience is an understatement! Also, the price was incredible Can't recommend him enough!!! read more

Leon and the team here are the absolute best. Over the last two years, I've had them work on both mine and my wife's MacBook Pros, and they did an amazing job for less than I thought it would be (as quoted by the Geek Squad). Recently, they worked on my son's iPad Pro, and were more than happy with the results. Don't think about it, go to Leon and the guys for all of your Mac, iPad, and iPhone needs. THEY'RE. THE. Recently, I wanted to take advantage of the trade-in deals on iPhones for my family, but a shattered back glass on our old phone stood in the way. After researching and contacting a ton of nearby businesses, I came across these guys and they got back in touch right away. The quoted price was good. The turn around time was excellent. And the ratings were high. They ordered the part for us (purple back glass with Apple logo) and got back to me a day later. My wife dropped it off and got the phone back later the same day. It looked brand new, and we were able to trade it in for the maximum value, saving us hundreds, and easily more than covering the cost of the repair. Thanks guys. read more

Excellent customer service, very polite, quick, very professional. Leon really hooked it up, thank you!!

Leon is the man! I .. for the first time ever... dropped my iPhone face down. I knew I damaged it by the sound of it. I ugly cried deep inside my soul. I did some research and Leon was recommended to me. I reached out, told Leon what was wrong and he gave me a quote. I was still doing my due diligence and looking around. Leon reached out a day later and was super communicative with me. I hadn't made a solid decision yet but that was it.. that sold me. He ordered me a new screen, reassured me it was Apple & was happy to present confirmation of that. I left my lifeline there for about 35 min (yes it felt like I was leaving my child behind) Went back for pick up and she looked brand new.. He even put a screen protector on it for me! He was very kind and reassured me - If I have Any problem at all. Bring it back. Well I did. It was a small one ( not to his fault ) He said please bring it back I will repair it! I went back and sure enough. He worked his magic! He even reached out days later to make sure it was working properly again. I mean, the customer service is top notch!!! Someone mentioned ELITE and I agree! Leon will take care of you! highly recommended! read more

Thank you again Leon! I really appreciate your service and efficient work. I will recommend all my friends to you. read more

Leon was able to save me when my iPhone 11 crashed and I almost lost all of my contacts, photos, etc. He was able to get the phone to a working, stable, state, and backed up everything for me onto an external hard drive for a very reasonable price. A small problem with my iPhone which they fixed for free while I was standing there. Big thumbs up!!

Tech provided good information and gave timeline of how long process would take; costs were very reasonable

Leon is the best. I was introduced to Leon by a friend a few years back. My iPhone 6 died on me, and I was desperate but couldn't afford much. Leon worked out a deal for me to purchase an iPhone XR, and a year later, a MacBook Air. He has looked after them for me like I was a member of his own family. He gets to the root of the problem, fixes it immediately, and has saved me a ton of money. He is a man of integrity and has carried out repairs for me at no cost when he's felt the product let me down. I cannot tell you the peace of mind I have when technical issues come up because I text Leon and he responds immediately. I don't know what I would do without him, and the great thing is I don't have to. Give Leon a try; I guarantee YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. read more
