Iservice replaced my LED screen on my iphone on September13,2022. By the end of October my phone had problems with the lamination of LED replacement. It was no longer allowing me touch access at the bottom of the screen. With iPhones, that's where you "open" which you need to do in order to use it. i came back to the store hoping for some help and support. Instead i was met with arrogance and rudeness. The gentleman who did the work was talking to someone. Then when he listened to me and he promptly dismissed my issues and said he didn't guarantee his work for more than 2 months plus i had to produce a receipt. (I paid with a credit card and the receipt is easily retrieved as i provide for here.) The "client" he was talking to then grabbed my iPhone and ripped off my screen saver. My goodness, who is this stranger grabbing my iPhone and mauling it? Here is the receipt for the work that i got done which is still less than 2 months ago! I broke my screen today. The pixels got all messed up and turned green down the right side of the screen. There was a black ink looking blob at the bottom corner. Eventually the screen went black and I was unable to look at anything, but the phone was working. Since my phone was locked, I couldn't get in. Brought my phone to Arthur after looking around for other places and pricing. He was definitely the best price but also had a few options for the screen repair. He took care of me and I let him fix my phone. The job was done within 15 minutes. We went through my phone to make sure everything was working. The screen looks just as good as it did. There was a small crack on my screen prior so it worked out as now I also have a new glass. He also fixed up my phone with a screen protector. The phone works great and the results are as if it was new. He also took the time to clean my phone and speakers. Now my speakers are really loud, like they used to be. I wish i could put no star: This guys charged me 250$ for the screen repair for my iphone 12 Pro max and put cheapest chinese parts, which are not reacting on my fingers and the phone is turning off and turning on automatically at the time i was charging my phone, i went over there to ask a refund but they said we cant return you money because your phone falling and thats why its not working properly, i went to another repair shop and they changed my screen again and there is no turning off and turning on anymore. This "store" is the size of a closet and you could easily miss it walking by. With that said, quick and clean service. Was in and out with a fixed screen in 5 min. While the price is slightly higher than other shops, it's worth it for the time savings and having the work done right in front of you in minutes, versus having your phone taken out of sight for up to an hour or more.
