This place is incredible! I really needed a screen repair ASAP and was immediately helped by Karen. This guy said 25 minutes and he wasn't kidding!! Screen went from super cracked to back on track! And for the price you can beat this place for iPhone or cellphone screen repair.

Five Stars. Arthur did a great job fixing my iPhone 12 in about 40 minutes. It was a painless experience, the price was fair, and my phone works like new now. He was kind enough to warned me that my screen might need to be replaced as well, but he was able to remove it without damaging it. They did exactly what they said they would. read more

Iservice replaced my LED screen on my iphone on September13,2022. By the end of October my phone had problems with the lamination of LED replacement. It was no longer allowing me touch access at the bottom of the screen. With iPhones, that's where you "open" which you need to do in order to use it. i came back to the store hoping for some help and support. Instead i was met with arrogance and rudeness. The gentleman who did the work was talking to someone. Then when he listened to me and he promptly dismissed my issues and said he didn't guarantee his work for more than 2 months plus i had to produce a receipt. (I paid with a credit card and the receipt is easily retrieved as i provide for here.) The "client" he was talking to then grabbed my iPhone and ripped off my screen saver. My goodness, who is this stranger grabbing my iPhone and mauling it? Here is the receipt for the work that i got done which is still less than 2 months ago! Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this place. read more

I broke my screen today. The pixels got all messed up and turned green down the right side of the screen. There was a black ink looking blob at the bottom corner. Eventually the screen went black and I was unable to look at anything, but the phone was working. Since my phone was locked, I couldn't get in. Brought my phone to Arthur after looking around for other places and pricing. He was definitely the best price but also had a few options for the screen repair. He took care of me and I let him fix my phone. The job was done within 15 minutes. We went through my phone to make sure everything was working. The screen looks just as good as it did. There was a small crack on my screen prior so it worked out as now I also have a new glass. He also fixed up my phone with a screen protector. The phone works great and the results are as if it was new. He also took the time to clean my phone and speakers. Now my speakers are really loud, like they used to be. I'm happy Arthur helped me and fixed my phone. I would come back if I needed any other repairs. I recommend coming here to see Arthur. read more

1 STAR -- Extremely misleading pricing and a complete waste of my time…read more I contacted this store about replacing the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I specifically confirmed my phone model, and I was told in writing that the screen replacement started at $208.80 + tax. Based on that information, I decided to make an appointment with them. After making the appointment and showing up, I was suddenly told that the price I had been given was wrong and that the repair would actually cost around $330. How does a customer receive a specific price, schedule an appointment based on that price, and then arrive at the store only to be told that the price was incorrect? If the $208.80 price was wrong, it should have been corrected before I made an appointment and wasted my time. What makes this even more frustrating is that they advertise themselves as an authorized repair provider and emphasize their professionalism and quality of service. I expected the basic courtesy of being given accurate pricing before committing to an appointment. I have no problem paying a fair price for quality work, but I do have a problem with being quoted one price and then being told something completely different after I've already made the trip and scheduled an appointment. I strongly recommend confirming the price in person before making an appointment, because the price you are given initially may apparently not be the price you're actually charged. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time.

I spent close to $100 for a battery replacement for my iPhone 7 because my old battery has gradually degraded. I followed instructions from them "post installation" as well. Result: same drainage. Within a few hours and it's lost 50%. And I use apps same amount (same ones) since I bought the 7 last September. When I originally bought the phone lasted well over a day. With much usage. Conclusion: either they didn't replace the battery or they lied about oem and gave me the worst quality ever. Beyond disappointed. read more
