Today. August 25 2023. I was calling to get a quote for my daughters cellphone to change the broken screen. Abel has the lower price from all the repair shop I called and in addition, he also gave us a good customer service. I highly recommend this shop. More power to your business, Abel. read more

I came for a screen replacement and I totally forgot to tell Abel (the repair guy) that I wanted to clean my front camera and he gave me my phone back with a clean front camera. I was astonished. A year go I went to a different place on Lankershim for same repair and asked them to do it and they said they would and then didnt. This place is great! Prices great too! read more

Excellent service every time I visted the store. Quick payments and knowledgable stuff. Highly recommended. Thank you guys!

See all

Took my iPhone in to replace a broken screen. I was quoted a really good price. When I went to pick up my iPhone he told me that the screen wasn't broken, it was just the screen saver. He could have replaced the screen and I wouldn't have known it did not need to be replaced. This is an honest man. I highly recommend him and will go there with all my future needs. read more

I didn't wanna give these guys a one star cause they're cool and nice. But they left the plastic covering on the back of my new screen which caused it to inflate. Not only ruining my battery but making the glass pop off my phone, I got my phone fixed about a year ago and 2 weeks ago my phone literally fell apart. Waste of 200 dollars, I'm just gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they didn't deliberately leave the plastic on. read more

Outstanding service. You don't get the hospitality in sales anymore that these guys provided. Above and beyond is an understatement. They don't try to nickel and dime you. They actually gave me MORE than the broken screen I came into replace. Stay humble fellas and good things will continue to come. read more

Great service and informative, appreciate the knowledge. Thanks guys, very lucky to have you near us

Great store, they have everything you need and have gotten my phone screens fixed here for years. To my knowledge they're the most affordable when it comes to that. And that's probably because they don't have marketing expenses to worry about which in the end save the consumer. read more

This was my first time here and Tony was very helpful and kind! He quickly fixed my broken screen and supplied me with a new phone case and screen protector. 10/10 i would highly recommend and come back here. read more

Five stars for being able to fix my cracked screen (cracked to the point where every swipe could result in a bloody massacre of my fingers) without giving them any warning to my arrival or the state of my phone in a quick 30 minutes. Five stars for having a Yelp Deal, which is what drew me in to this location after another location (cheaper) down the road didn't have the iPhone 5S screen in stock. Something off about the whole visit though, as the $100 rate to fix the phone seemed to come out of thin air, as if the gentleman figured he'd just shoot a number out and see if I'd flinch. I did because I knew the place down the street was substantially cheaper, but even though I worked at the Saugus Speedway Swap Meet for pretty much all of my teenage years, I just don't have it in me to play the game, so I acquiesced to his original offer. With the Yelp Deal it was $80, plus a $2 fee to use my CC since they use Square to process their transactions and instead of absorbing the cost or adding it to the price, they blatantly charge their customers for it. Kind of a turn off. All in all, my phone feels and looks brand new and it cost me $92 total. Not too shabby, but I know it could have been less shabbier (more shabbier?) elsewhere. read more

Extremely helpful, good prices. They even gave me a recommendation regarding trade-in that benefitted me but would not have benefitted them.

My mom took her phone here yesterday (12/31/20), no appt., just walked in with a severely broken iphone screen and 20 min later walked out with it fixed, feeling brand new. She couldn't say enough good things, great service, professional, quick and affordable. I recommend this place to all! read more

Professional screen replacement in under 30 min for a great price, even installed a screen protector with the repair. Thank you!

I cracked my brand new iPhone screen and I decided to take it to this shop to fix it after looking at the 5 star reviews. Once I started using it I had to press the screen harder for it to work. Three day's after my phone started glitching at the bottom. Waste of $70 :) He also tends to scam people, ESPECIALLY old people that have no clue about technology. So be careful, do your research and ask around before you decide to take it to this place. read more

The guys here are great! Ive gone to them twice already and they always get the job done quickly, and they are very reasonably priced. They fixed my phone which I thought couldn't be fixed anymore, and saved me from losing all of my data. On top of everything, my phone was done within just a few hours!!! They are awesome! I'd definitely recommend them to everyone read more

Truly was a great experience, he fixed my phone in 10 min and i almost had to beg him to take my money. Will differently be my go to for fixing my phone from now on. Other people would have taken advantage of me but he was honest and i respect that. Would give them 6 stars if i could. read more
