Anthony is a life saver. I had taken my ipad to the apple store in glendale and they said they couldn't remove the headphone piece broken inside. They told me to buy a new one. I was sad at losing a perfectly working ipad for something that small. While walking away in anger I spotted ucolor and Anthony fixed it in a matter of seconds. I would highly recommend Anthony/Ucolor for his expertise, his professionalism and promptness in resolving my problem. Thanks Anthony you rock !

Perfect, fast, affordable service! This is a booth located right outside of Sephora. I initially went to the Apple Store to get my iPhone screen repaired thinking it was under Apple Care, but I was told I need more than just the Basic Apple Care to get the screen repaired for cheap. Plus it would take two hours! I walked out and found this booth. The man at the booth told me he can do it under 15 minutes plus there was a $5 Yelp deal in addition to a free screen protector that he installed. read more

I must've dropped my iPhone like 4 times before deciding to get it fixed. Glass was barely hanging on, earpiece and front facing camera stopped working, but it was no problem for Anthony at UColor. I was shopping and wanted to get my very cracked iPhone 7 screen fixed. This place has great reviews, so we figured we'd get it taken care of. Adrian was extremely fast (20 minutes) and affordable, an easy stop while at the mall. I was very happy with Adrian and his service, the quality of his worked was great and I'd give him five stars. However, a couple hours later I started noticing that my phone screen was not working correctly. My swipping behaved like a tap, and some taps aren't registering at all. Because they don't have manufacturer products (at least not for iPhone), I have read now that this can happen. I'd recommend not spending the money if it might not work here, and dishing out the full amount at a place with manufacturer screens. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I have to warn others that there is a risk you will pay for something that doesn't work. I see it has worked for other people here, so the gamble is yours! read more

DO NOT DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE !!!! They are nothing but a dam rip off, I took left my phone with them in the evening while I went to watch a late show with my kids .took my phone home and it wouldn't charge . Brought it back the very next morning the guy opened it up and told me they didn't have a good connection with the battery he showed me it was charging I got my phone went home ...when I got home I noticed a crack on n the screen which I had just had replaced the day before by them . I called immediately and spoke to them told them what happened and that when they reopened my phone they obviously cracked my screen he said go ahead and bring it back .... i had to work so I took it back today told EVAN about everything that happen d since I had my phone done with them he called his manager and they both decided that it was my fault the screen was cracked it is not under warranty and wanted me to pay another 80 dollars or so.... I told MR EVAN THAT I WAS Pissed BECAUSE ITS NOT MY FAULT , he has the most awesome customer service . The idiot says it's never the customers fault I would give zero stars and recommend Either just going through Apple or the other repair shop by the sprint store on brand this place is horrible .. read more

Stay Away!!! 0 Stars if I could give it a 0! The screen replacements are of very poor quality! My screen is very grainy and looks blue and grey. Scrolling is no longer smooth, force touch does not work correctly. I brought this up to the technician he said "yeah our screens are a bit off we get lots of complaints about them but if you want original you have to go to APPLE!" While examining the phone he said it's different but it's not that bad,he said he would replace the screen but it would be of equal quality. Paid $108 to have my warranty/value of my phone voided. read more

I just got the iPhone 8 for my sister's birthday! My literal next stop was to visit these guys! They ALWAYS take care of me, my family, and my friends. My phone cracked in the worst way! Brought my phone to Joshua and he immediately took care of it in 15 minutes. The initial fix didn't quite work as expected and we brought it back with no problem. Repaired my phone quickly and for a great price. Brought my phone in and only had to wait around 20 minutes for the repair - which was less than half the wait time other nearby locations offered me. Very convenient because I was able to walk around the shops while my phone was being repaired. The phone being repaired was an iPhone 6s by the way. Would definitely recommend! Also, there is a bright spot on my phone on the right side, which affects my wallpaper. I came into this place to have it checked out and see how much it would cost to repair. The tech took one look at the photo and said it's not the screen that's damaged. It's the photo is highlighting a glare in the background. He switched it to night mode, and the glare was gone, so it was clearly the photo I had as a background and not the screen itself. Also, I asked him about the streaks of light on my photos. He took one look at it and said that my lens cover is really dusty. He cleaned it off and we took a photo and all the streaks were gone. I wanna point this out because these are two things that any dishonest repair shop can easily say they will look at it and fix it and charge me $100-$200. Because of their honesty, this was a five minute visit where he did want adjustment and one lens cleaning and didn't even charge me. It's good to know that they are still honest repairman out there. If I do have a problem, I will be sure to come back here

When I asked the second employee how I could verify it was truly OEM, he responded with a generic explanation about "noticeable differences" and said their parts were Apple-approved replacements. At that point, it became clear that the screen was not OEM, and either the staff are not properly trained to explain the difference or they knowingly misled me. Had I known the screen wasn't an actual Apple OEM part, I would not have proceeded with the replacement. This experience was disappointing and has made me lose trust in the information provided by the employees.

BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! BEWARE! The owner, Shalom (Shlomi) Ifrah, damaged my Apple iPhone when replacing a battery. He left it with the front/rear cameras, ringer/silent switch and audio receiver not working. When taken to the Apple store (The Grove LA) on the same day Mr. Ifrah damaged my iPhone, the Apple technician noted the flex cable ribbons had tears which were caused by the improper installation of battery. According to the Apple technician, the tearing of these cables/ribbons can easily happen if not most careful. He stated that in a case like mine because of the damage caused, with Apple, they would just replace the iPhone. However, Mr. Ifrah, of course, is taking no responsibility. When I first explained to Mr. Ifrah the issues, he claimed it was a software problem. However, the Apple technician stated that if Mr. Ifrah does this for a living, he should know how delicate these cables/ribbons can be and what happens if you open the back of the iPhone too much when installing a new battery. Furthermore, the Apple technician said never to take to a third party seller for battery replacement because they sell cheap batteries and like in my case, they won't take accountability when damaging your phone as in my case. The Apple technician also stated that the screws placed back on my iPhone were not even Apple products. Needless to say, I had a good cry at the Apple store. Shame on you Mr. Ifrah that this is how you conduct business. As a customer, we want to believe business owners will be ethical but greed will win most of the time. I took to Mr. Ifrah, on the same day he damaged my iPhone, an Apple document stating that the proposed resolution by Apple was to replace my iPhone because of the extensive issues caused by the improper battery installation. It would cost $329 to replace my iPhone yet Mr. Ifrah said he would only refund me the cost of the battery which was $49. Mr. Ifrah, you are dishonest, predatory and cruel. I guess it makes you feel good to cause someone harm, to make them feel so sad that they are crying at an Apple store of all places, to take advantage of your customers, to provide cheap products and bad service and leaving me without my iPhone that I need for work. I am so upset at myself for trusting this business... I will be contacting the management company that rents this kiosk to Mr. Ifrah as it's important they know the type of vendors they are exposing to their customers. I will be posting on other social media platforms to make customers aware of the risks in dealing with Mr. Ifrah's company. I will be pursuing this via legal channels as well. For Mr. Ifrah, I have proof my iPhone was working prior to taking to you. I have your employee (Edward) recorded stating I was there on this date, stating you worked on my iPhone and the resolution that you offered from the damage that you caused. For the record, your employee (Edward) was aware that he was being recorded as per California law. I have documentation from Apple with regards to the damage and cost of proposed resolution. I have witness statements that can corroborate my iPhone was working prior to taking to you. Also, I have an Apple employee that can attest to the damage on my iPhone was caused by battery replacement. For other victims, I will gladly serve as a witness if you take Mr. Ifrah to court. I cracked the screen on my iPhone 6 and took it to Apple because I heard that they replace the screen for $109. My phone had a small insignificant dent on the corner so they weren't able to replace the screen. Apple said they would replace the phone for $299 which was not in my budget at all. As I was leaving I noticed the uColor kiosk and asked them about repairing my phone. Anthony that works there ended up replacing my screen within 20 minutes for $129. I got to keep all my info on the phone and the replacement screen came with a 6 month warranty! Great job guys, fast service and fair prices! read more

The battery life on my iPhone 5 hasn't been as good as it usually is, so I took it into the Apple store to get it checked out and they told me the only option I had was to replace the phone. I didn't have the money to spend for a new phone so I left. I noticed the Ucolor kiosk and happen to ask Matt if he knew how to solve the problem. Right away he knew that the battery had to be replaced so he did so and now my phone is working good as new! Battery only cost me $29 and Matt installed it in less than 10 minutes. My iPhone was having issues charging so I took it into the Apple Store and after about 2 hours of waiting around they told me the phone had to be replaced for $299. Obviously didn't have the money for that so on my way out I stumbled upon the ucolor kiosk and asked Matt about my problem. To make a long story short, it ended up being a bad battery. These guys are Lifesavers! After dropping my phone in the pool it wouldn't turn on at all. I have very sentimental pictures of my new born on my phone and lots of other things that were backed up. I brought the phone to Matt he took the phone apart right in front of me and noticed that luckily only the battery was damaged. Wow these guys are great! I took my iPhone 6s to Apple to have the screen replaced but the wait was about 3 hours long and cost around $140. I didn't have that kind of time to just wait around so on my way out I saw the uColor kiosk and and asked for a Matt for a quote. 20 minute turn around, 30 day warranty and cheaper then Apple! Wow what a great business. My front facing camera wasn't working on my iPhone 6 so I took it to the Apple Store and long story short my phone was out of warranty so they wanted to charge me $300 to replace the phone. That was totally out of the question so I took it to the Ucolor kiosk and Matt ended up replacing the front camera for only $50 and he did it in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended!! read more
