They are quick. They don't try to upsell you on anything you don't need. I've since moved over 10 miles from them and still come back for my repairs. I very highly recommend this place. The shop is located at the back top of a small 2 story shopping center (on 2nd floor). There are a lot of small restaurants in short walking distance if you want to go eat while you wait for your repair. I came here to get my phone fixed because the back was broken and when I got my phone back, my face ID camera was broken so I'm not able to use it. When I brought it back today so they can take a look at it they told me I must've broken it by dropping it or something when it hasn't worked since the moment they returned it after the glass repair. Now they're trying to charge me an additional 180$ to fix something they broke. Now I'm going to end up having to pay for more than I initially was supposed to. Three (3) stars because my back camera was fixed. THE AMBIANCE: The store is located on the second level of the shopping plaza. Park on the left side of the plaza and walk up about twenty (20) stairs. The store is small and has a couch and a mini-couch to sit while you wait. There are magazines to browse through and a television if you decide to wait instead of coming back later. The wall is covered with phone cases and other accessories. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was greeted by a woman sitting behind the counter. I told her I had spoken with a man earlier who told me that he could change my back camera on my iPhone for $30.00. I asked her about the offer $10 for $15 listed on their Yelp page and she told me she had to ask her boss. Her boss was Andy, who I noticed was mentioned in other reviews. It seems that Andy was the only person working on phones that were brought in. Long story short I asked him if I could use the deal they had and he told me no. He said it only applies to screen replacement. I noted that there was a separate deal for broken screens ($99) and he said the $10 for $15 was just for screens as well. I thought it was bull. The $10 for $15 displays no restrictions other than new customers only and how many you can purchase. I even read the General Terms section and no restrictions were noted. I was quoted thirty (30) minutes and it took almost an hour. When I went to pay with my debit the woman said I would be charged a $2.00 fee but Andy said it was okay and I paid $30.00. It was probably because of the wait. THE TIPS: Andy fixed my back camera and my camera now focuses. I thought it was cool that he told me that I needed the back camera replaced because until that time I did not know there were two (2) separate cameras in the iPhone. Every other place I called in Pasadena just said "you need a camera replacement" and quoted me $45-$60. What I didn't think was cool, however, was the refusal to honor the $10 for $15 Yelp deal. If you're going to be specific about what you will honor it for, please make it known to the public. read more

I came in here in desperate need of trying to get my iphone 6s to come back to life after it accidently dropped in the toilet. I won't give any more detail regarding that. My first indication that I was in a great place was it was impeccably clean. I like when businesses take care of their shops. I explained what had happened and was given a 24 hour turnaround. Unfortunately, there was no way my baby was coming back. This place was wonderful! I called and asked if I could walk in with my cracked iPhone X which also needed a new LCD. I came in and my phone was ready within an hour. I called 3 to 4 places in the area and this was by far the cheapest. They had after markets glass which was about $50 cheaper than the original glass which they also offered, and had what I would call fabulous quality! The man who I spoke to was really nice, and they have a 30 day warranty if anything with the screen stopped working. Thanks for your help, I'm glad this went so well! I tend to drop my phone about seven times a day, and so sometimes the screen finally cracks. And apparently an entire corner chunk of the screen can break off and your phone will still function. And you can just deal with it.. until it slices your finger open (ouch!) and then it's finally time to get a new screen.. These guys were great. My pathetic iPhone 6 screen was fixed for $85 within 45 minutes. I could tell there were a few people ahead of me, so this wasn't a long wait, considering that. The shop is furnished with a couch and Roku tv, if you wanna wait there while your phone is in surgery. It's hard to tell how long 45 minutes is when you rely on your phone as your timepiece :D I went for a walk and it was ready to go when I came back. They sell other accessories, like cases and chargers too. I would recommend these guys for sure. read more

Yeah these guys are amazing. Broken iPhone 4S screen. I show up and 15 minutes and $45 later my phone looks like new. While I was waiting the guys answered a few questions I had about my new 5S. The location looks a little sketchy from the outside, but the inside is very nice with a place to watch TV while you wait for your phone to get fixed. Im so sad to have to take my 5 star review away. I had my iPhone 5s fixed here an never had a problem with it again. However when I got my iPhone 6 screen fixed I found that it was extremely sensitive and would break at the smallest of falls. This is with an otter box cover as well. I know what your thinking maybe I am careless, however I can assure you I am not. I have a work phone as well that is a iPhone 6 and I am way harder on that phone yet it has not broken and that one has a regular Kate spade cover. Needless to say within 2 months my phone screen cracked 3 times. One about a week after I had just replaced. When I went to the store and asked them why it would crack so easy he just shrugged. Wouldn't even give me a small discount and to top it off the LED was still not fixed properly. I finally took it to a different store and they confirmed that the screen was not of good quality. Left two stars because the guys take walk ins and are generally nice. And fast. read more

The parking lot is a tad bit ghetto. But once you walk in it is a nice environment with a tv, roku, and displays of phone cases. I felt awkward cause I stood there for a few minutes wondering where the employee was, but he finally walked in. He's a jokster, so don't take him the wrong way. He seemed very nice for the good 15 min I was there. He could tell I got it fixed before. He fixed it in under ten minutes! So far so good and it is an hour later. It cost me $93 (including he 3 dollar debit card fee) to replace my iphone5c screen and "ribbon" thingy... I don't remember what it is called. I'll update if my phone has any issues! read more

They had fairly good reviews, a few not so positive too, but I figure that's always going to be the case and I'd go for it. I arrived at about 1pm, mentioned I'd found them on Yelp and he quoted me $60. Left my phone for 30min and when I returned it was done. Everything worked just fine. I tested the home button and typing to be sure before leaving and it all checked out ok. Overall: a very good price, fast and convenient. Not the warmest customer service but not a big deal, it's business. I don't need people to be overwhelmingly excited or smiley all the time.
