So I didn't come here for a phone repair. I spilled a drink on my friends Polaroid camera a couple days ago which ruined the viewfinder and I felt really bad about it. I came over to my friends place to try and fix it but he didn't have a small enough Phillips screwdriver to take it apart. I figured a phone repair shop would have one so we headed here. Sean and Frank were working there that night. While helping out a couple customers, Sean managed to hook us up with a small enough screwdriver when he had a moment. He was eager to help us out and we were able to take the camera apart. We took the viewfinder apart to clean it and when the other guests left, Sean put his focus on our Polaroid even though it wasn't his job! He continued to offer his service and let us borrow his duster, alcohol cleaning solution, microfiber cloths, and even his soldering iron to rewire an electronic part of the camera we messed up during the process. The store was closed at this time but he kept helping. We got it halfway fixed but told Sean we'd take care of the rest, he gave us a small screwdriver so we could tighten the screws back once we finished fixing it. I can't thank Sean enough, he truly cares about people, not just customers. He's the best at what he does around LA for sure. What a g!!! read more

I live near by and although they say they close at 7, if they are helping you, they're gonna finish until you are done. They made me feel so comfortable leaving them my phone with all my info. They were thorough. They were honest and very knowledgeable. I'll admit they charged me a bit more than some other guy I would go to in Eagle rock.. I had to change my screen several times bc the screen was so cheap, hence the lesser price, but so inconvenient. But any who, stop by here if you're nearby. They are worth it and so trustworthy. I came in because my phone wasn't charging even when trying multiple chargers. So basically the guy at this store (forgot his name) says the problem was either the battery ($35 from him) or the charging port of the phone needed fixing ($65 from him) Homie took my battery and tested it for free and it was working. They were able to replace a screen on an old HTC EVO 4G from 2010 which is a 10 year old phone. Went fishing and got water on my Galaxy S8, the next day my phone was not turning on and was just vibrating, worst part was that I was leaving to Oklahoma that same day. Went in at 3 to see if it was an easy fix, found out I would have to replace my screen, and the receptionist told me it would be ready the next day. But I still had concerns if that would solve the problem, but my doubts were addressed when the gentleman that repaired my phone told me that due to the high cost of the Led screen if that did not solve the issue he wouldn't charge me anything and when I told him I was leaving by 6, which would only give him 3 hours, he said he would have it ready by then.
