I would not recommend this place. This was my first time getting my iPhone screen repaired. So I do not have any other places to compared to. However, they do not really "fix" your screen. Instead, this place will just replace your iPhone screen with a low quality Chinese made counter part. My screen is no longer cracked but the sensitivity of the touch keys and quality of screen have been compromised big time. I cannot play any games that require good touch screen sensitivity anymore (ex: fruitninja and piano games). I am also having some difficulties writing this review. Plus, the owner first gave me the phone with a screen that looked yellowish. Plus, the thumbprint recognition did not work. I asked the owner if i could keep my broken screen and he asked another $20 on top of $50. As a result, my iPhone 6s plus feels like a $10 pre paid phone. I probably would have been better off not repairing at all. But if you do not care much about quality and just want a working screen at a cheap price, this place might work for you. read more

He diagnosed it as a failing battery not able to provide enough power to keep the phone on. Eric replaced the screen and battery for $70! Walked in today with no appointment and the service was amazing! The last iPhone repair place I went to was triple the price and it took hours. My replacement screen also did not work correctly. I have never written a negative review before, but I had the worst experience with Eric. I came in for a cracked screen. Eric charged $60 and mentioned there was a 30 day warranty. So far, so good! Less than a week later, without dropping my phone, there were significant cracks on the screen again. I call him ahead of time letting him know the situation and tells me to come in and he will fix it. I get there and he says this is all my fault and wants to charge me another $60. Obviously I mention my concerns that maybe the replacement was of lesser quality considering it broke in less than a week without dropping my phone. He does not budge and still says its my fault and won't help me out unless I pay another $60. He becomes frustrated with me and goes in the back to show me all of his receipts from other customers (not sure why that was relevant), but offers no resolution to help me out. I even offered to pay $30 since I was there and we can get it over with and move on. He said no way. What a joke. I am a strong believer in customer service, but Eric is not. I will NEVER go back to this place again and highly recommend people find another spot. read more

Brought in iPhone 7 with loop disease (stuck on apple logo and speaker grayed out). Technician said could not fix it but can try for $60. Also told there was 50/50 chance the attempt will not work and no warranty. Obviously did not like that kind of odds. Was charged $20 non-refundable fee for diagnosis which I was fine with until I later found out this store messed up parts of my phone (and was not told). I learned this because I took the phone to another repair shop and was told whoever looked at the phone previously messed up some of the parts inside. Fortunately the store was still able to make the repairs in a couple hours with no diagnosis fee. The repair came out to $90 and the phone works perfectly fine. Side note: Apple store offered to replace it for $300. read more

I noticed few mixed reviews, but wanted to give it a shot because quote was unbeatable. Eric replaced broken screen on my iPhone 6S Plus, and he was very thorough and professional. While fixing the phone, he noticed an issue with my home button that required soldering, due to mishandling of the phone when I had repaired it at another shop in which I've paid hefty repair cost. I was happy to know that he was able to identify and also address this issue, also for very reasonable cost. It has been few weeks since my visit, and my phone is working flawlessly. This is just my experience so take it with a grain of salt you may have better luck. I made an appt on Wed. for Sat. 10am. Called on Sat. 10am he says he is at the store so I tell him I'll be right down. This was a lie. Then he says he is not there and he'll be there by 10:30. I double confirm with him and give him a chance to say 10:45 or 11 because he has already lost some credit. He says 10:30 is more than enough. So I'm there at 10:30 and sure enough he is not there. Should have known not to trust him again when he failed once. I had told him that my car was in the shop and I'll be cab-ing back and forth so not to let me down on the appt. i guess he thought since I don't have a car I had no choice but to sit and wait. But no. I called a cab right away and went to another shop. Waisted cab fares but better than wasting 100+ bucks on repairs from an untrustworthy person. read more

Took my ipad here to have the screen replaced after another location failed to do so - twice! (See my other review of where NOT to go!) Eric greeted me and took the ipad in and plugged it up. Once he did, he pointed out that the LCDs on the right side where ruined and needed to be replaced. I explained to him what happened and he agreed to try and repair it. After keeping it for a couple days, Eric contacted me that it was ready. The ipad looked brand new and worked flawlessly. He pointed out that "whoever fixed it before used krazy glue to attach the screen and that is what caused the problem." Unfortunately one of the keys was not working. Eric took it back in, no questions asked and kept it one more day to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service, wonderful attention to detail and excellent pricing. If you want to have cheapest but low quality phone screen, you should absolutely go this place. Eric was nice and friendly guy but when i first went there, he wasn't there and other person who works in Metro PCS fixed my phone(this place is in metro pcs) and he said, Can you visit here again because have only one space gray screen but it's defected one. So I visited there again and i finally met Eric and he fixed my screen. And when i first saw my new screen after repair, it was like 'WTF....?' Because my screen looks so weird like so yellow and low quality screen. And i ask him why dose it look like this and he said it's cheap one so it's low quality obviously. And he also suggested me changed my battery before i saw my screen and I accepted it. And it's also defected one so i visit there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
