I had the worst experience with this phone repair company. I came here because my sister would always come here to repair her phone and never had any issues so I thought I would be receiving the same experience but not was I wrong! Not only do I regret coming here I advise that you take your business ELSE WHERE!!!! On morning I woke up and my screen was not responsive. Please keep in mind that my phone was not dropped, had no water damage or any physical damage AT ALL! I have insurance with my cell phone company so before I came into this business I had visited my insurances store to see what was wrong with my device and they found the screen had just went out. I had my screen repaired recently and there was no damage to my phone so they were going to send me a replacement device since my screen was temporarily out of stock which I did not want. SO AS A SOLUTION, I decided to take my screen to this company (which I now regret) to replace my screen only where he said he would charge me $110 to repair my screen. MIND YOU, my insurance company was not going to charge me at all. I figured since my sister always fixed her phone here and never had problems I decided to give this man my business and money. Which was my first mistake. I took my phone in, he inspected it and told me he can repair it in 20-30 mins. FINE, I left my phone and once I returned the phone was semi functioning. When I paid for the phone he told me if I had any issues or problems to return and he would fix it at no additional cost. He even applied a screen protector. When I got home I noticed that my screen was very sensitive to the touch and the color in display was off. I figured it must have been the screen protector so I left it on. A day went by and i noticed my phone was starting to perform poorly, the screen not only was getting worse with touch but it also started to lag when ever I made any action on my phone, so as a result I decided to remove the screen protector to see if it was possibly applied wrong. Once removed it was still performing the same POORLY and very delayed. During these days I clearly had been looking very closely at both my screen and device and not only was I well aware that there was absolutely NO DAMAGE to my device whatsoever but I was 1 MILLION times certain of this. SO I decide to take my phone back to have the issue fixed like I was promised. I take my device back and the guy states he will replace the screen and have it fixed in 15 mins. I leave him with my phone and the case on and I go to shop around nearby when I'm greeted by him within 5 mins. He approaches me and he tells me the reason my screen is not functioning is because my screen is CRACKED And that Is why it doesn't work. At this point I'm very confused because I had been observing my phone VERY carefully for the past week and I 100% guaranteed that there was no damage. I checked. My insurance company had checked, so there is in fact no way my phone was cracked when I had just left it with him less than 5 mins ago! I let him know that my phone was NOT in fact cracked when I left him with my phone less than 5 mins ago. He proceeds to tell me that he didn't break my phone I then tell him how my insurance company had even verified there was no damage and he then continued to tell me that I was the one who broke it despite me telling him it was not like this when I left 5 mins ago. He tells me he can now fix it but he will charge me $80 more dollars!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!!! I went for a simple screen repair and he not only didn't fix my issue but he SCAMMED ME! he was rude and dismissive, acting as if it was my fault when I know he was the one who broke it! The crack that was now on my phone was not a small crack either it was a crack that is VERY noticeable, so for him to say it's been on my phone before I brought it in is RIDICULOUS. I would understand if it were something small but it's a crack right in the middle!!Imbeyond frustrated and will never return. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. July 22,2023. I first walked in the store, I am a Muslim, I am elderly three weeks from now. I'll be 60 years old and my mother is 80 years old. Paul have no compassion for elderly people in his store. He rushed me and told me that he can't wait for me to get up off of the floor because he had no chair when somebody jumped in front of me on the line. All I said was I was next and I got yelled at and kicked out of the store just because I said I was next,I wear a hijab,and I was shocked and happy because they had everything that I need to help me with my phone needs. I met the owner Paul he was very nice and lovely and even gave me free stuff and good deals however, when I return to the store on Sunday, July 23,2023, I asked for a chair because of my radiation and chemotherapy that I suffer from cancer last year. I'm in remission, recently I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis from the radiation treatment. I received last year over 30 treatments,however, I have fractures in my back unable to stand, Paul said that there no chairs, I was okay with that and I proceeded to kneel down on the floor. I was waiting for him to finish with another customer. Another customer jumped in front of me and I said I was next he got a attitude just because I was a little slow in response. I am 59 years old and my mother is 80 years old.
