This is a great business at the Eagle Rock Plaza. It's good to know that there's a cellphone accessories/repair shop at your convenience while you shop at Target and grab groceries. We came here to purchase a cellphone case and a power pack. Go support a small business and you don't even need to wait for shipping like you would if you get it online. As a mom of a toddler, I don't carry purses anymore...I carry my license and sometimes a credit card inside my daughter's Dora backpack. Sometimes I don't even carry a credit card and just rely on my Target app for payment, since that's really the only place I shop. I came to Tango to get a phone case with a card holder on the back and I love it. We had an issue with the power pack the day we purchased it, but Paul was so cool and resolved the issue right away. I also came to Paul for a screen protector. It cost less than what I would get online and he installed it for me right there and then. It was much better than me trying to install a new screen protector even couple months when I crack the screen. Plus, it's nice to have someone install it for me...my daughter doesn't give me much uninterrupted time to make sure I don't get lint and crumbs under my screen protector while trying to install it. If you're doing some grocery shopping, hanging out at Target/Macy's, trying to get some steps in at the plaza, go support a small business like Tango while you're at it. This guy is the absolute worst!! Don't ever give him your business!! I wanted to ask a couple of simple questions before dropping off my phone with him. He basically got on my case for even asking him and then when I called him out for having a snarky attitude with me, he told me to fuck off. So then when I told him that I was going to report him to mall management for being extremely rude and insulting, he walked up, got in my face and told me to get the fuck out of his store or he'd kick my ass. What kind of respectful business owner behaves that way? This is guy was completely unhinged and out of line. And then when I was outside of his business complaining about him to the mall security, he came right up to me again and got in my personal space and kept telling me not to touch him or he'd give me a smack down...while the useless mall security did nothing...So I'll never be going back to that business and he really needs to be shut down for insulting and threatening customers over simple questions. If i could give this ZERO STARS i would. This man is SOOOO disrespectful & not professional at all. I'm not sure how he has a rating of 4.5 stars.. he might have bought them becuase there's not way in hell he has that many start with the type of attitude he give his customers. Anyways my mom went to change her screen protector & when i saw he was almost done i told him it still had a lot of small bubbles you could see it. Then i politely asked if he change the screen protector to a new one. And AGAIN you can see the bubbles even more throughout the whole phone. Then he proceeds to say "if you guys are gonna be picky about it im going to charge you 8 dollar, i was trying to be nice & give you a discount" then i told him "your not gonna leave them at 5 dollar becuase your mad that you had to change it for a new one after every screen protector you put has put incorrectly". Then my aunt decide to get hers done also but charged her full price. Which full prize was a issue we just wanted the service to be done correctly. We proceeded & pay the balance we have for both screen protectors. We're now leaving & my little brother accidentally dropped a case & he told him so RUDE "pick it up NOWWWWW", At this point i had enough of the disrespect & NASTY ATTITUDE!!! as an older sister i wasn't going to tolerate him screaming at my 5 year old brother 5 YEARS OLD SOO stepped in & told him " it's part of your job, pick it up" He got mad & started calling me a "nigga" a "stupid bitch" flipped me off etc he was going off with the cussing. And he also applied the screen protector for me. The store itself is very organized and has all your typical cellular phone needs! I was assisted by Paul who owns the place and he was very courteous, patient and resourceful in helping me find an adequate replacement.
