Arbisoft is not a professional (his words not mine) .....Called to have my iPhone battery replaced. (Something simple right for a iPhone repair shop). I was asked if my screen is cracked. Which I replied "no there are no cracks". So I was told "since your screen is NOT cracked, we can not change your battery". Lmao what? They only change batteries that phones screens are cracked. He said the risk of cracking the screen is high. Makes absolutely no sense ! I told the gentleman that my iPhone has been opened twice before (by a different repair shop and my screen didn't crack) he said "maybe they are more professional" so which makes me conclude arbisoft is NOT a professional. What a joke...this interaction made me believe this is not a legit electronics repair shop and only a front. Clearly the 5 star reviews are just people he personally knows. Would not recommend for any type of repairs, don't waste your time. Will not be attempting any returns at this illegitimate business. First time I went to Arbis shop to fix my phone. As soon as I took it in, Arbi said looks like there is a piece of the charger broken inside the port. He was able to finally get that broken piece out but it wouldn't charge. My iPhone squeezed out of my jeans pocket onto the tile floor and shattered the glass and took a small black piece out at the bottom part. I was scared that 'leak' into my phone would compromise it's operation. Then I called Arvi. He's been recommended by my neighbor for any kind of business and/or phone situation that has come up; I.e., new iPhone battery. Arvi has always said, "I can fix it" or had the part for my phone. In this immediate instance I knew who to call first. Found out he moved closer to where I lived, so I jumped in the car and he was able to work with my shattered phone on the spot. The glass affected my home button, which he replaced for free along with giving me a soft, more shock absorbent case.
