I brought my iPhone XS in for the dead screen after a friend suggested this place. Arbi charged me a fair price (less than 1/2 of what Apple charges) and my phone now works great. My iPhone X slipped off my desk hitting the floor. The screen was not visibly damaged, but the phone would not respond to touch. Had a long chat with Apple support. Since my phone had not been backed up, they recommended that I take it to an authorized repair center. Through the Apple site, I made an appointment at the only local center that had appointment times available (20 miles away - name withheld). Got there and was told they didn't have the screen. Made another appointment with another authorized "big box" repair center. I can't log into phone, cannot turn off Find My Phone - they would not replace the screen unless I wipe dan the phone. Fed up, I stopped at the first local repair store on my way home. Arbisoft was my local repair store. After discussing the problem, I was told his price for replacing the screen. I haven't shopped this service and thought the price was a little high, but I've since investigated and find Arbi's price reasonable. I was even offered a small discount and agreed to have my phone serviced there. A couple of hours later I returned to be presented with my completely repaired phone looking and working as good as new and no data loss. Based upon my experience, especially considering the alternatives that would have lost all of my data, I would highly recommend Arbisoft for iPhone X screen replacement. Sorry for the long review, but bottom line, I would not hesitate to patronize this business again. read more

Two reviews for Arbisoft, one long overdue. In Nov 2019 we bought a battery for my iPhone5S on Amazon. Unfortunately we bought the battery for a 5, not 5S, so we couldn't use it. On Veteran's Day around 6:45pm we realized our mistake and I called Arbisoft to see if they had the right one; they did. Since it was a holiday I figured they'd be closedThey closed that night at 7:30 so I quickly took my phone to them. They told me they might not have it ready by 7:30 but for sure would be the next day, no problem I told them. At 7:30 they told me it was ready!! The next review is for yesterday, 2/15. I dropped the same iPhone on the ground, it fell face-down and the glass shattered. I called them to see if they had the screen, they did, and it was done in 30 minutes. I am very pleased with them, Arbi is great, provides excellent customer service and they will be getting all our business from here on out!! read more

He charged us $220 to replace a broken iPad screen. A day after picking it up the home button fell off due to improper installation. We called him, he fixed it, and put a hairline crack in the screen from the home button. He wanted to charge us another $180 to replace HIS mistake. This guy is a crook. He can't fix anything.
