I have never met someone so dishonest and unethical in my entire life of dealing with merchants. I had a problem with my keyboard and I took it to this mister who by the way doesn't have his own store, and I told him that there has been water damage and 4 other places did not take on the job because they said they're not willing to take on a huge responsibility like that. He said give me a day to open the computer and look at it and I did. Next day he calls and says that there are two options: 1) a cheaper keyboard from China $20 2) a high end quality keyboard with backlights from NEW YORK - $120 I went with the second option because I wanted the best for my laptop since I paid quite an amount for it. He said it will ship in a week and I said that I don't want to leave the laptop there for a whole week because I use it often, he started complaining and said that he has to close it back up and then open it again, so I said okay let it stay. Little did I know, this person was about to completely destroy my laptop and still expect me to pay him! After a week, the keyboard arrived and he texted me saying that the installed it. Later on the day he texts me saying there is a "delay" in the Windows which there never was and he told me that he has to format the drive. I texted him back 45 minutes later saying don't format it and he doesn't reply. I call him and he's like I replaced your hard drive with a brand new one and it's the same thing. His reason was the keyboard had some issues with the keys for an unknown reason, and the way to fix it was to install a brand new hard drive and windows which I did NOT ask for. I told him that I don't want it and he kept saying it's the same, and I'll backup everything in your old one this and that but there is no point in putting thold one in because he installed a new windows and it took a long time. I insisted that I wanted the old one and he said okay. At night he came to pick up the charger from me and he said I'm gonna have to charge you for the new hard drive. I was irritated because I didn't ask for one in the first place. I told him to put the old one back and I would install the windows by myself. He agreed. Then he goes on to tell me that there is a "duct tape" in my laptop and that he removed it and now the trackpad doesn't work. I immediately suspected something was not right and I called him and told him that I don't want him to fix anything and I want to take the laptop back the way I gave it to him. He went on and said that he can't return the keyboard because it came from CHINA when he specifically said in the first phone call that he got the more expensive from NEW YORK. Then when I called him out on it he's like no no no I bought it from NewEgg and I have the receipt prove it. This alone was a major reason to not trust this man with any repair. When I kept on saying I don't want it, he got upset and told me that he spent time on it, when I did not ask him to install a new windows or break my trackpad. I just picked up my laptop from his store 30 minutes ago and he was not there but when I booted it up, I found that there are software issues now with opening a software, turning it on, and using it in general. Now I have to reinstall the windows to fix those problems which weren't there before. I agree with the other person who reviewed and said that he is a scam artist. Save your device and money and time and do not ever go to this man. He will break your device and blame it on you. read more

Bad experience, phone I bought from him had "touch disease" started shortly after I bought it. Went back and he said it was because I dropped it. There was a few other things that it did that weren't right but were minor, like home button would stick. Next time I will stick buying used from amazon. In fairness I did drop the phone, I was honest with him but it was not dropped on a hard surface and had a case on it. No crack in screen. He told me it might be the screen that looked totally fine charged me another $65 to replace the screen and it still didn't work. He tried telling me that dropping it is what caused it. I dont believe dropping it one time with a case on a soft floor did it. I believe it most likely was bad to begin with. read more
