Shawn is amazing and does really solid work very quickly. He is flexible, efficient and a kind and warm person. I will never use anyone else as long as he is in business. It's like New York efficiency in the LA setting. So rare! read more

Excellent for budget and immediate phone screen repair. Service is mobile and quickly done. Very kind and patient. Thank you.

Shawn arrived promptly and quickly service the charging/data port on my iPhone. He is friendly and personable. Would highly recommend him.

Spent 129$ to replace the back of my phone for it to crack within days? I've had iPhones for since the iPhone 2! Never had a broken screen replaced this one in particular broke 1.5 years in and I decided to fix it. But in the same week it broke again! The work is not of good quality. My phone has been in a case the entire time ! With normal use! Was not slammed on the floor or any reason for the back to crack again. I reached out and he wouldn't offer any kind of warranty? Or anything it's been days since he fixed it's wtf Also felt attitude when he dropped off the phone he said he would be back at 3 showing up at 4 and said "this repair takes a long time etc etc." he told me How would he back at 3 ? I had to leave. Anyways he probably did a rushed job and that's why it broke so quickly. If you offer to fix the phone or give me a good discount on repair I will take update this review!!! read more

My boss needed a phone screen repaired because his carrier would not accept a trade in with a cracked screen. Since the phone was going to be traded, he was looking for the cheapest price for repair. I called around a bunch of locations nearby our office in Koreatown and was quoted anywhere from $195-$280 for the repair of a Samsung Note 10. I sent out a quote request and Shawn responded for a much lower price than our other quotes and he said he could come to do the repair the following day (so he could get the part). Shawn arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment and fixed the phone screen in about half an hour. He was communicative, friendly, and did a great job on the phone repair. I would definitely recommend Tecish to anyone looking for a phone repair and will bookmark the page if we need any repairs in the future. read more

Rating my experience a 1 out of 5 stars. Spoke to someone in the morning about picking up my Phone to repair a glass backing on my iPhone and by 1pm I was ghosted and had to call another cell phone repair company. read more

I got my screen fixed here a few months ago and paid for the more expensive option to avoid resolution or touch issues. At first, it seemed fine, but since then I've noticed random blackouts. Most recently, during a phone call, the screen became unresponsive unless I pressed hard on the top right corner--and even then, it only worked briefly. Once the call ended, everything went back to normal like nothing happened. It also shuts down completely in direct sunlight, which has been frustrating. I will say, in an emergency, I'd still come back here. It's a cheaper and faster fix when you're in a bind. But considering I paid extra for a higher-quality screen, I expected better long-term performance. That wasn't my experience. read more

They were quick to schedule an appt at a time and location of my choice since they are a mobile service. This saved me the hassle of finding another repair shop and allowed me to carry on with my day. Was impressed with the reasonable price they offered for the screen replacement. TECISH provided a quote that was significantly more affordable without compromising on quality. The staff who arrived was punctual; courteous; & quick. I highly recommend TECISH for anyone in need of iPhone screen repairs. Save yourself the hassle of searching for repair shops & let them come to you - you won't be disappointed! My iPhone 12 looks & functions like new! read more

The photos attached is what my phone was before TECISH conveniently came to my place of business to take care of my phone. Luckily I had a work phone I was able to communicate if needed. Please note for anyone that cracked their phone as bad as mine, it does take a while for the process to be done so please be patient! I usually never drop my phone but this time just happened over a weekend with small pockets (ladies you know what I'm talking about). Definitely recommended especially for the convenience. I also like to add that the price is VERY reasonable compared to what I've called and come across Very professional, communicative and will contact and refer again for any further service Note: phone pictured is an iPhone 12 Pro Max (BEFORE REPAIRS) Updated review after coming home. I was told to test everything when given the phone back like cameras etc and seemed fine but I should have tested it on a white paper. See video attached, I don't mind it too much but just for others to do extra testing. You'll see a black smudge like on the video. I've cleaned it fully etc already to rectify the issue read more

Not sure about this. He came to the house and changed the screen. That was a bonus. And it took about 35 min. (We had a mishap with the wrong phone version so he had to come back the next day. That was our fault but he was gracious about it ). Was told the 14 vs 13 was $10 more. Okay.. even for his time coming back that was fair. I want to be happy because I was referred by a friend, but the phone has had problem after problem since the screen was replaced. The phone overheats, we can't disconnect calls. The camera goes on by itself and zooms in and out. The battery dies much more quickly. I know there's always a risk with replacing original parts but this has resulted in something we could've let go to now having to replace the phone. read more

UPDATE: I filed a police and FTC investigation on this company for doing business with a revoked license since 2015. Luckily, I took a picture of his license plate number and face on camera for stealing over $200 from my toddler's mouth & doing illegal action. DO NOT COME TO HIM. Shawn is not his real name. He's doing illegal business. File an FTC on this man. He revoked my "pretend" warranty for breaking my phone and not fixing it. Found them on yelp after amazing reviews. They originally told me flat rate $69 but I asked several times the full amount to have money ready. They then told me it was $179. Once they had my phone they made "more fixes" and added it to $230 until I said it was excessive. They then mentioned they can only do cash even though the page says they accept credit cards. I zelled additional $20 per their request. However, my phone was not fixed it gave more issues and began glitching. They promise to show up at 10am the next day to fix their mistake but never did only to say "I never told you that." They told me to drive to them but my phone doesn't even work and their a mobile repair?!? I feel I got ripped off. I am highly disappointed because I could've just drove to a store/Apple Store. Their company is false advertising as he did not allow me to use my credit card only cash. He ran with my money and making me wait 4 days to fix their error . This company is a rip off and scams people. read more

Shawn was so great! Had service done to my fiancé's Samsung due to his terrible cracked screen. It was so bad to the point where I'd worry that he'd might cut his fingers or scratch his face accidentally while using it. My fiancé had an older & specific model, I was a little bit worried that Shawn would have to order parts, causing a delay & whatnot, but luckily he had them! He arrived after I got off from work (which I really love how he's mobile & can meet you anywhere!), took a look at what he's working with & gave us an estimated time of 25min or so. Which we had no problem in waiting, we literally went back inside our house while he does his thing. Probably about 40min or so later, he called me to let us know the phone's ready. The screen was brand spanking new & we were just in awe! We really appreciated too of how he explained that sometimes the screen can raise up but he worked his magic in preventing that from happening. We enjoyed & appreciate his service, Shawn's awesome & would highly recommend! read more

Shawn was quick to reply and provide a quote on Yelp. He was able to come to my home in Moorpark for a same-day appointment and fixed my iPhone screen in less than 20 minutes. His price was competitive with in-store services, and I didn't have to interrupt my day to go to strip mall store and wait an hour. Hopefully I don't crack my screen again, but good to know that I have options if I do. read more

WARNING. DO NOT USE FOR MOBILE REPAIR. This person comes over to you to repair the phone at your convenience. Sounds good to be true? Probably. I went to this person to replace a cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy. Not a day after getting the repair, the screen already was acting up. He mentions a workaround of powering off and on the phone, which is a temporary fix. Fast forward a couple days, and the screen locks up, and goes blank. Phone still responds, since I can hear the phone ring when calls are received. I reached out to this guy again to have the phone looked at and repaired, but asked me to go to a remote location to have it fixed. I went over there and he was nowhere to be seen, and he claims to have been there when I messaged again later. Trying again to have him come down to fix my phone, but his response is "I usually don't come to ------- unless I have a repair closer to there.... . I will let you know when I come to that area." I informed him that I do have a phone to be repaired and he should come over. No response over 18 hours, next day comes. Called him and he refuses to come down unless he has a repair job here. If I have a complaint with the part, I should go to his supplier in the San Gabriel valley and complain. I sternly told him that its not my job to complain to his supplier and I asked him for a refund. Still he refuses and will not come over to repair the phone, as I am "not a king to be pleased." At this point, I'm over this guy and this business. Look at the 1 star reviews, and that should have been a red flag on how this guy does his business. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DON'T USE THIS GUY. read more

Pros: communicative, cheap. Cons: lies, scams, begs for five stars then doesn't deliver. I paid for a new battery installed along with a screen replacement. The battery installed was older than dirt, gets ultra hot, and according to the system information is down to 83% from "new." Other notes: 1. He begs for 5* reviews as he's leaving so that's why you see so many reviews...big surprise 2. I let him know about the issue and he lied and said that Apple software sometimes doesn't "accept" the battery. 3. My only regret is that this scammer knows my home address. Buyer beware. read more

Accidents happen and unfortunately it was one of those days for me - I frantically went on yelp looking for the nearest place to fix my screen and the results were pretty overwhelming with different prices. TECISH was quick to respond, quotable a reasonable price, and the big plus is he is mobile (as where I live parking is atrocious and it happened to be a rainy day). He was very friendly, very quick in terms of fixing, and the results made my iPhone look brand new. I've tried other people in the past and honestly this was the best experience I had. I highly recommend and will be referring too! read more

When I saw their prices and the fact that they come to you, I figured it was one of those too good to be true scams. Instead I got lightning fast service and he perfectly fixed my daughter's iPhone 10 screen at a much lower price than uBreakiFix or whatever they're called. I actually went to them first thinking it would cost around $100 to fix a cracked screen but they wanted almost $200 and they had the nerve to say "well that's just how much it costs, everyone charges that price!" More like uBreakiBreK your wallet. Screw those guys. Thank you Tecish!!! read more

I noticed some weird smudging on my iPhone's camera that didn't go away no matter how much i cleaned the lens/camera with a microfiber cloth, so I solicited estimates via the Yelp app and Tecish came back with the lowest estimate. I sat on it for a couple days hoping the smudges might magically go away or I'd stop caring, but when that didn't happen, I came back and asked for an appointment. Unfortunately, the price of the iPhone parts had increased since the last estimate, but it was STILL lower than the other quoted estimates. Shawn indicated there would also be an additional $10 surcharge for fuel since he was coming from Hollywood, but this was still more convenient than having to drive somewhere and to sit for 30 minutes to an hour. We made an appointment from 1-2 pm but I forgot and went to walk the dog and received a missed call and then a Yelp message at 1:12 pm from Shawn saying he was there and I ran back to find him waiting politely outside of my unit. He took my phone and gave me his card, and said for me to come back in 15 minutes while he worked on it at his car, where all of his equipment was. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, the phone was ready, the camera was replaced, and he had me check it by taking a photo of something white and then zooming in on the photo. He also took the time to explain that water had likely gotten into the phone at some point and he showed me where the water had dried and corroded some of the metal, and also the glue points from the bad glue that had been applied the last time the back of the phone had been replaced. He was very articulate and professional and obviously knew what he was doing and talking about, which was very reassuring. 5/5. Would recommend, and will come back when the back of my phone needs replacing again! read more

A month later and I am having still having issues with my front camera. AND the new screen has been extra sensitive pressing buttons on its own. For example, I answer a call and put it to my ear it automatically tries to facetime that person because it's ulta sensitive. If I'm just holding my phone from the pop socket, I check my phone and it's disabled for 5 minutes. I finally decide to check out the issues aside from my front camera being messed up and this message popped up from my settings. He lied and said the screen he was replacing with would be "OEM" from my understanding should be made from the same manufacturer. My iphone notified me that the replaced screen is unrecognized causing the malfunctions. THIS GUY IS A FRAUD AND SCAMMER! read more

I have never cracked my iPhones in the many years of owning one and I cracked the back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Shawn helped me out, he came and picked my phone up and then delivered it to my gym afterwards. He responded the fastest and had the cheapest price. Will be returning back to him for the future. Failed Apple Watch screen repair left watch more damaged than it started. My watch screen had a crack in the corner from being dropped, so I called Tecish and made an appointment for the screen replacement. I showed him that the touch haptics were working and the watch was functional, but only needed a new screen. He said it would take about 30 minutes and would be $150. I agreed and he took the watch to his vehicle to do the work. He said he needed an additional part and more time to complete the repair as he was having some issues with it. He asked if he could take the watch to work on and would bring it back the next day. I agreed. I hadn't heard from him the following day, so I texted at 4:30 (no reply) then I called an hour or so later. He answered, said he was still working on it and asked if he could bring it in the morning. Again, I agreed. The following morning, he arrived with my watch having the original broken screen, but with the touch haptics no longer functioning. He acknowledged that the touch feature was working when he arrived to fix it two days earlier (before he attempted to fix it and had it for two days). I told him he should reimburse me for having the touch function he damaged repaired. He started yelling about "take me to court" and "fuck you." He acknowledged he damaged the functionality, but failed to even apologize and became combative. In summary, the tech was unskilled and unprofessional/argumentative. read more
