He found the problem quickly and got my laptop back to me sooner than his estimated date (even with this happening 1 day before Memorial Day weekend). Pricing was very reasonable as well, I definitely would have been paying 2-3 times more somewhere else. Also, I appreciate that before he did any work, he contacted me to discuss the issue, the solution and the price to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. I highly recommended him, his shop, and his services!

We go to Yelp to look for a place in town and we find great reviews for this business and head out. After meeting Leon, he tells us that we would need to leave the laptop and he would let us know the cost to repair once he finds what he needs to do. Less than 20 minutes later my son gets a text. Laptop is ready for pickup. It was a simple fix. Great news! Leon is great and honest. So lucky we found his repair shop. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience with Jack! He replaced the batteries in two iPhone 16 Pro's for my wife and I…read more Our phones were dying by midday (only 18 months old) and the port on mine wasn't taking a charge. He gave both phones a second life with a new battery AND was able to save me money by simply doing a deep clean on my port and discovering that some dirt preventing the charger from seating properly was the issue - which saved me from having to get an entirely new port. From the moment I reached out, he was responsive, communicative, and transparent about the process. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The quality of the work was excellent, and he had both phones finished in about an hour. Fast, professional, and genuinely great customer service. It's rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such a smooth customer experience. Highly recommended. Will always call him first any time I have an issue!

1 STAR -- Extremely misleading pricing and a complete waste of my time…read more I contacted this store about replacing the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I specifically confirmed my phone model, and I was told in writing that the screen replacement started at $208.80 + tax. Based on that information, I decided to make an appointment with them. After making the appointment and showing up, I was suddenly told that the price I had been given was wrong and that the repair would actually cost around $330. How does a customer receive a specific price, schedule an appointment based on that price, and then arrive at the store only to be told that the price was incorrect? If the $208.80 price was wrong, it should have been corrected before I made an appointment and wasted my time. What makes this even more frustrating is that they advertise themselves as an authorized repair provider and emphasize their professionalism and quality of service. I expected the basic courtesy of being given accurate pricing before committing to an appointment. I have no problem paying a fair price for quality work, but I do have a problem with being quoted one price and then being told something completely different after I've already made the trip and scheduled an appointment. I strongly recommend confirming the price in person before making an appointment, because the price you are given initially may apparently not be the price you're actually charged. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time.

I will definitely be coming back if I ever have another device with a cracked screen or any other issue. Instead of trying to upsell me, he actually talked me out of spending more money than I needed to. He recommended the most affordable option that would work for my phone. That kind of integrity is hard to find. This isn't a place that's out to rip you off--they're honest, trustworthy people who genuinely care about their customers.
