The guy did a great job fixing my phone and did not change the quoted price, even though the repair turned out to be more complicated than he initially thought. I appreciated that and I am happy with the repair and his thoroughness. If you have a repair I highly recommend you to not come to this dude and here's why. So I call this place up ask if I could bring my PC to get a diagnostic and asked if it was free. He said "yes bring it" I said " I'll be there in 20". So I pull up with my PC I tell em what's been going on he said "it's most likely your graphics card." And I asked how much they go for and how much he'd charge he said "let's find out and see if it actually is your graphics." So I gave em my PC and it was only for him to look at and do a "Diagnostic", you know to find out what's wrong with it first and see if I got the funds to fix it atm. So I give em a day he calls me up saying "it's ready, I fixed it and it's gonna be $50" and in my head I'm like alright but then I was like wait I didn't want him to fix it I asked if he could just do a diagnostic to find the problem. I didn't wanna argue, he showed me and it looked good so I was like you know what it's fine it's alright it "looked" like it was faster when he showed me. So I paid, took it home and man did plugged it in not even for 10 min and it was even worse than it was before. It'd freeze like every once in a while and now i can't even use it. And idk if that was just a marketing scheme to get me to come back to get more money outta me but I don't recommend this shady ass place lmao and yes thankfully I got my money back. read more

Alex who works here is great. This is his shop, he's the only tech who works here. I called because my battery was dying on my iphone, and because of the iphone news that Apple was slowing down batteries, there was a shortage. But Alex had plenty in stock. I came over, and asked to watch him install the battery (not because I mistrusted him, I was just curious how it's done) and he welcomed me into the back and explained everything he was doing. I brought in my old mac laptop here , one of those square white ones, the screen was not turning on. These guys were really quick in diagnosing that it was bc of the connectors and it took them about 30 minutes to fix it and have it ready for pick up in the same day.
