AVOID THIS PLACE Do yourself a favor avoid this place. I brought my Macbook almost 2 months ago and still not fixed! From day one my experience with this place has been horrible. The owner seating at the desk at the entrance gave me already altitude when I brought my laptop to fix. He told me he is not a technician and someone would call to see what's wrong with it. Couple of week I decided to call to get some updates and explaining what was wrong with it then I was told again that someone will call me until the day I drove by I decided to stop and see what is going on. This guy is very arrogant and know nothing about customer service. I just wanted to fix my old mac nothing else. I should have avoided this place from DAY 1 when he gave me this attitude. I was in the middle of playing a game when everything froze. I had to do a hard shut down on my desktop computer. After that it wouldn't start. I have passed by this place for many years and thought I would give them a try. I thought it was my video card but I was way off. After having the computer for two days they said it was the motherboard and two RAM sticks. It took about a week to get the parts but that is alright. This is actually a 4.8. Outstanding work! I brought in my computer to have it reformatted and down graded to Win 11. (Win 10 is far better and easier to use! But microsoft is forcing Win 11 on their customer base.) Priceless Computers did a flawless job, they worked quickly and on time. Customer service was excellent. They spell out the terms of the agreement with the customer very clearly. They stand by their work. The price of the upgrade seemed a little high, but maybe it's just inflation and not the store. Sent my laptop for repair & cleaning. They did a good job repairing my laptop, but did a very sloppy job cleaning it. The cover of my Laptop is permanently scratched up, and I had to make a 2nd visit because they recklessly left a piece of debris inside my laptop after cleaning it. I will never visit here again to clean my laptop and will look elsewhere. I'm very upset that I paid to have permanent scratches on my laptop. read more

I went here about a week ago about an issue with my computer. It had a weird scratching sound and the people figured it out fast that one of my fans had cracked. They told me I just had to wait a week for them to not only fix it but replace the other fan too so it wouldn't happen again. I even checked with them a few times to see what was going on and they told me straightforward if there was any issues. TLDR; avoid this place and go to any of the countless other stores. Upon walking in the store, you realize the store is extremely haphazard and disorganized. I came in to have my iphone screen repaired - a relatively simple process(google it). When I got my phone back I found that the earpiece speaker was no longer working. Not a big deal, but I told them about it and they decided to try to fix it. I was thankful that they were willing to try. They decided to replace the earpiece speaker and this ending up de-activating faceID on my phone. Turns out that the sensor module is hardware level encrypted. If you swap out the unit, faceID will not work. This is a super well known fact since a simple google search points this out. However, they clearly did not know this because I asked them and they laughed at this being a possibility. After repair, faceID was indeed not working. I'd rather have faceID than my earpiece speaker so they tried again to put the old speaker back in and now both were broken - they had damaged the cables enough to permanently destroy faceID on my phone. For the last time they tried to put the new speaker back in, and I was left with a phone that can't even turn on properly. Every hour or so it will perpetually tries to turn on and fails until I get it to a charger. Essentially they bricked my phone just from trying to replace the screen. They're clearly careless. They should've known that replacing the earpiece will deactivate faceID especially since they are 'specialized for apple products'. I decided I no longer trusted them and decided to open up the phone myself. After thinking my phone was bricked, I was able to repair my phone and found a few things: 1) They actually completely tore the flex cable on the original earpiece. It was in 2 pieces. 2) The component they tried to use to replace the original had a different voltage difference causing the boot looping. They were not even competent enough to get the correct part. 3) They skimp and don't use ANY adhesive causing any screen replacement to have protrusions(see other reviews) and also be VERY prone to water damage. 4) There were MANY scratches inside the phone- this was a brand new originally so these were all caused by them. These guys are terrible. Ignore the price because you will regret it. Go to a better store. Save your time and money. read more
