Not only did I get what I paid for but to add more salt to the wound the store clerks (all three) were too busy to get my phone because they were watching a funny video on Youtube. It must have been funny AF for them to ignore me. I asked three times if one of the Three Stooges would be so kind to get my phone and finally the smaller of the fat guy gave me my phone. One very happy, satisfied customer!! So I bought a deal to fix my screen on Groupon and made an appointment the next day. I got there and they immediately look at my phone and say my Groupon doesn't cover my iPhone 5se, my mistake on not noticing the difference.. but it worked out great! It was a mere few dollars difference! They did a wonderful job on my phone and I was able to get a refund for my Groupon! I've been there several times before. They will fix things pretty cheap. But one guy there in particular is very rude. He actually got mad at me for wanting to save more files during the repair. He said that'll take too long and is not worth his time. Then he said it'll cost more. I said that's fine.. that's all you had to say. Why did he even get mad in the first place then.. just say it'll cost more. Very unprofessional. I called in the yesterday and asked for an estimate. He just said in a tone like trying to rush me off the phone.. just bring it in! Don't know if same guy as first. You know what? I'll go to another repair shop even if it costs more money. The only reason why they get good stars is because they offer to give you a glass cover for free after you leave one (As they literally watch you so you feel obligated). Go someplace else. I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced here and it ended up coming off without even being dropped. When I took it back all I was told was we have a 7 day warranty and that it happened because my phone was bent. My phone is not bent. Clearly they did a poor job but couldn't take responsibility for it. Actually, there was light coming out of the side after 2 weeks but I kept sticking it back hoping it would just stick and put a rubber case on it to hold it in place. So no, it didn't happen 5 months later.. nor was there any damage done to the screen. It just simply came off and you could see it was held by glue. I was even really nice about it when I walked in and just asked if they can fix the problem.. and when I was told it was a 7 day warranty and then got a whole lie that it happened because my phone was bent since it was after the whole fuss about iPhone PLUS bending..my phone wasn't a plus model nor was it bent in any way. After I realized I'm being lied to for them to not take responsibility I simply said okay no problem and walked out. But customer service should always come first in a business. I work in the industry and understand situations happen. I wouldn't have had a problem paying again to get it redone if I was the one who damaged it. That repair could have costed you a few dollars vs a bad review to hurt your business. Which you wouldn't have gotten if you didn't lie to me in the first place. Nor did I ever mention anything about giving you a bad review so no need to continue lying about it. I ended up going to Apple and paying full price to replace my screen. It's a bit pricey but at least you know you won't have to deal with these types of issues. read more

Customer service was horrible. The guy was so rude the moment I called + got to the store. He also didn't let me use the yelp check-in deal because he "already gave me a good price". But it wasn't a big deal. When I received my iphone back, it wasn't working the same way (something with the sensitivity of the touch/grip). I tried bringing it back and they blamed me for it. He adjusted some setting and thought it was "working" so I left. Jerry the technician support person clearly understood my issue. They have an estimate as to the total cost +/- $50 estimate time for the completion. Before starting the work - from my previous visit I left my computer. When Jerry called that my computer was ready it was shorter then the estimate time - when I paid Sultan it cost was the amount originally quoted. This place saved my files (and my life)! My MacBook unexpectedly died and of course my files were not backed up. When I went in, Victor took a quick look, diagnosed the problem as something with my motherboard and told me it would cost $25 for data recovery and $35 for a full diagnostic exam. He mentioned I would be able to pick up my computer at the end of the day. It turned out that the problem was with my hard drive as well as with my motherboard. Even though it cost more for them to extract data from a damaged hard drive, he honored his original price. They were extremely fast, professional, and kept me informed at every step. I have been going to Priceless for many years - maybe more than 10. Desktops, laptops - everything was repaired, no complaints. If I were to complain about those years it would be only to say that they don't answer emails. Last summer I noticed a change in service quality. I brought in 2 laptops for repair. They fixed one and replaced the other for a fair price. The total bill was about $500. The guy kept telling me the replacement laptop was "like new" except that they couldn't get me the correct power cord. About 3 mos later I explained that the laptop in question was not charging properly, that even plugged in, it would not recharge. I was told that the battery was "no good" (remember three months ago it was "like new"). Suddenly, the other laptop had display problems - Win 10 incompatibility, confirmed by Google and Priceless. So I brought it in, after a follow-up call proceeding with restore to Win 7 scenario. Was charged $65. I trusted them, so no effort was made to boot up the laptop on the spot before I left. When I got the laptop home however, it would not complete a successful boot. Again, they never answered the email that I sent. I brought it back and their reasoning was that I "must have" dropped the laptop because the hard drive had failed. No cred for my faithful patronage, no offer to assist/help in any way, no acknowledgement of recent expenditure, nothing. I even allowed them not to give me a receipt on a larger expenditure - obviously, they wanted to skate on the sales taxes, so I accommodated them because I thought we were cool like that. I am very disappointed and disheartened by this change in focus. I will have to find someone else to go to because I am not rolling in cheese like other rats in the race. I will save some gas at least because I will try to find someone in Covina rather than continuing to drive to Rosemead when I have a computer problem. It's a shame really. read more
