This place is a scam if you're coming to repair your phone. I came TWICE to repair my Iphone screen and they repair your phone using a cheap LCD so when you drop it from even a low height it could damage from the inside and turn green or black, once you consult the manager, Sultan, about it he just wants you to pay full price again, no discount, refund, or warranty. I expected to pick up my laptop within 2 weeks delayed due to COVID, but it only took less than a week. So I called them to replace my iPhone 6s battery and they said yes $40. Great so I go in. Walk in and tell them I'm here to get the battery changed on my phone. I get a weird look. "Why do you think the battery is bad? It might not be the battery? Also when we replace batteries customers sometimes complain that it doesn't work well. We recommend you go to Apple and have them look at it. It is their product. " So why do you advertise that you do Apple product repairs? Why did you tell me to come in? So I could waste my time? Very annoyed. I could have insisted that they do the work but at that point it was clear they didn't want my business. Thanks for wasting my time. I was really hoping Priceless Computer would be a quick and easy fix for my mom's cracked iPhone 6s screen but the whole process ended up being a nightmare. The phone worked perfectly fine except for the cracked screen, so for aesthetics purposes, we decided to get it changed. It took them 30 minutes to install a new screen and everything looked good, was happy, paid and left. On the ride away we used the phone to make a call and 20 seconds into the call, random number dialing begins, the other person on the line can't hear our end and the call fails. Strange so we tried again and the samething happened two more times. We went back to the store and let them know the issue, we also made another call out to show them what happened and the same thing did happen again. The gentleman that fixes the phones says OK, must be something wrong with the sensor and said he knew how to fix it. After fidgeting with it more it didn't seem like the problem was going to get fixed, he kept saying what the problem was...but MY problem was that everything was functioning perfectly well prior to them changing out the screen. I didn't want the phone to be not functioning properly. I asked them for my money back and to just put back the original screen. Another gentleman told me that it would take 30 minutes to install the original screen back. Ok, so I turned to my mom and told her that it would take 30 minutes. This guy had the audacity to tell me with attitude "Yes, it's not magic". That made me even more upset because I told him that I was just telling my mom how long it would take since he had an appointment to be at and that I knew obviously that it would take time and that I didn't appreciate his comment. While I was in there, there was another couple that had also come back to the store with their repaired iPhone. They had said that the Sprint store had told them that their replacement screen that they had gotten done there was cheap and of poor quality and they also had a loose home screen button and screen color difficulties. I guess I wasn't the only one that had issues. It really outrages me when businesses like this claim to be able to fix/replace iPhone screens. Yes maybe you walk out with a new screen, but you risk other things not properly working with your phone. I wouldn't trust my iPhone to ever to be repaired at a place like this. I know they repair printers and laptops as well, maybe they are better at that...but definitely they should not be able to perform these iPhone screen replacements. I left angry, having wasted time and helpless, but lesson learned...Just go to apple and/or the genius bar to get these things properly repaired. You won't have to worry about it not working well or other things on the phone breaking down on you and you won't have to go back and forth to the store when it doesn't work again. read more

I live around the corner from this place, so as you can imagine it was my first choice to grab needed computer parts, cables etc. My first experience was okay in terms of the product I purchased (a hard drive) but terrible in terms of customer service. Very unfriendly folks.. no smiles, no eye contact etc. Now mind you, I wasn't expecting a back rub or anything, just common courtesy. Anyway, time went by and I promised I would never give them my money again. Well, that changed when I needed to grab another quick item. Again , they proved unfriendly... as if they didn't want me there ! I've made a vow never to return, no matter how conveniently located they are. Whenever you have an older computer, it's inevitable that, at some point in time, something is going to give out. (I didn't want to spend the money on a new computer.) I was concerned that taking my computer to a big corporation would result in over-charges, that my computer would be sent out to a different facility for repair, and that it would take a good week (or longer) to have it returned. So, in looking for a more personalized repair store, I decided to give this place a try. I was so glad I did. The manager and staff at this place are friendly, accommodating and honest. I was particularly concerned that my programs, documents and pictures would not be recoverable (which I, unfortunately, never backed up). They assured me that they would do their utmost in retrieving all my files. They did an excellent job, cleaned up all the junk I had in my computer, and recovered everything I needed. They did all this for an excellent price and had my computer returned to me in less than (2) days! They are located next to the 7-Eleven that intersects Rosemead Blvd. and Duarte Rd., so they are pretty accessible. In addition, I found out that they repair a lot of different types of electronics, not just computers. Should me, or my family, ever have a computer or electronic device that needs to be repaired at a reasonable price, this is the place I will go back to and certainly recommend. read more

I have a Mytouch 3G slide that had dust underneath the touchscreen. I brought it to them to see if dust could be cleaned and touchscreen sealed better to prevent further dust buildup. The technician said repair could be completed in 2 hours. When I returned 2 hours later, they mentioned that another $20 is needed as attachments and Torx screws were bad and needed to be replaced. Another hour was needed and they will call me. 1 hour later, I went to the shop as I was not called. Phone was "repaired" but I was told that touchscreen was bad and had to be replaced. I also noticed that home buttons at the bottom of the phone was not set properly but still functional. Two days later, dust started to build up IN THE SAME AREA AS BEFORE. I brought the phone back and now was told that the technician broke my touchscreen and LCD while attempting the repairs By now, the technician refused to do any further work on my phone. I had to bring the phone to another repair specialist theyt fixed all the problems in 24 hours and phone is like new. I do not appreciate the insincerity of the technician. If he does not have the skill to repair my phone in the 1st place, he should say so. In addition, should have informed me that he broke my touchscreen and LCD during the 1st repair attempt and not when I got back to him in the second time. OBVIOUSLY I will NEVER go back to these guys for anything. Insincerity is not a way to conduct business of any sorts. read more

Integrity and trust go hand in hand. Got my iPhone 5s screen repaired here for $55. Many other places in the area charge the same. I had called around. Anyway, they're quick and give you a glass screen protector if you check in on Yelp. Be careful to ask for exactly what they charge after you describe in detail what your damage is like because originally they told me $40 for a cracked screen; when I got there, they said the corner of my phone had slight damage and "would take hours" to fix, and that this additional damage costs extra. They said they needed to make the lcd screen fit (but I believe that was an exaggeration because it really wasn't much of a dent on the corner, not enough to affect a screen being placed on top). I would have given this place 5 stars if they stuck to their word, and had more integrity. Integrity=trust and loyal customers. read more

This place is TRASH. I took my phone here twice. After they repaired it the first time my screen stopped working. It turned black and I took it back and they told me they were unable to fix it because the LCD screen was cracked, which was not they told me they would give a discount 20% to fix it. My screen turned black yet again and I went to their shop to get my money back or get my phone fixed. They threatened to call the cops because I was requesting my money back, and I wished they would have but they didn't. I ended up taking my phone to another place where they told me they had washed the screws to the point where they weren't even able to remove them. They also pointed out the faulty screen and cheap material they used, the reason my screen kept turning black. Anyway if you guys want to risk your devices then definitely come here. I hope this business gets caught for false advertising and bad customer service. read more

Took about two hours to repair a iPhone 5s screen. It costs $40 which is really reasonable. In order to get the free temperate glass you need to also write a review along with the check-in. The store is small and next to 7-11. The only bad thing I have to say is that they do not open on time. They opened about 10 minutes late. read more
