I am really impressed by their swift service. Brought my laptop and phone together. i got both of them back on the same day. I got the call back in one hour for diagnosis about my laptop and I got that back in late evening. I got my phone fixed in 30 minutes on the spot. They claimed that they fixed broken iPhone screens for $49.99 and whoa did they keep their promise!! They finished everything in about 20 minutes or less and even gave me a tempered glass screen protector just for checking in on Yelp !!! This is a gyp shop. They did nothing on my machine and charged me $35. And I wasted a whole day waiting. I dropped off my desktop for the Win10 upgrade. The guy sitting at the front desk told me it's $65 for the OS upgrade. I told him it's my work computer and I needed it back the next morning, thinking that it would take only about an hour for the upgrade. By noon I called the shop, the same guy told me that they had been working very hard but hadn't finished the upgrade of my machine yet. By 2 o'clock someone from the shop called to say that they couldn't do the upgrade and tried to sell me a hard drive with Win10 installed. I told him I don't need another hard drive and asked him just do a fresh install on the existing C-drive. By 5:30 I called, another guy answered the phone and told me that they hadn't started working on my machine and it would cost me $150 for a fresh install. By then I was irate and told him not to bother anymore and I was coming to pick up my machine right away. When I got there, that jerk I met yesterday had the balls to ask me to pay him $35 and say that they had been working a whole day trying to upgrade the OS. read more
