We brought in a iphone to get the screen fixed- there was a small crack, nothing more. We left the phone for two hours, and when we got home to charge it- it wouldn't even hold a charge. It said "0% battery". Now I have to go to the phone company and try to fix my phone or buy a new one. The iphone was completely fine before hand - minus the crack in the screen. So frustrating. And no it's not a logic board issue, I'm pretty sure they fried my phone battery. I'm really disappointed with my experience at iFixForU in Arcadia. When I first brought my phone in, they promised they were using OEM parts for the repair, which is a big reason I agreed to move forward. A couple of months later, the screen completely stopped working. I went back expecting them to stand behind their work, but instead I was told it was suddenly a "board issue" and was quoted $400 to fix it. That didn't sit right with me. I decided to get a second opinion at another shop, and they were able to fix the problem for significantly less -- and without any board replacement. That makes me question what was really going on. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs here. read more

If you shop here, it is at your own risk from a storefront that is unlicensed. I hope my review can help future customers. The comments from the owner are inaccurate and an attempt to shield them from their shady business practices and intimidation tactics. When I went to get my refund 7 days after my watch stopped working after a screen repair they called me a liar, crazy, and stupid directly to my face and to other customers. Again, I got an Apple Watch fixed and was told it could be used for exercise and water exercise after 24 hours. They are attempting to say that using the watch as intended for water and fitness is my fault. What I tried to explain is that this isn't an iPhone I got fixed for screen repair and then dropped in a bathtub. That would not be covered. My watch was always meant to be used in the water and if their "repair" would make the product lose its essential function then they should have told me it wasn't possible or disclosed that instead of lying. I was not verbally aggressive or intimidating in any way, yet their staff member use profanity, told other customers I was insane, and called the police to say I was trespassing in an attempt to intimidate me because I asked for a refund for a botched repair within the refund window AND when that was a dead end I asked for their business license, which again, stunningly they do not have. Now I know why they were so upset that I asked to see the license (which MUST be prominently displayed in all businesses). It is because they do not have one. They are a shady, deceptive, and not-reputable business. Save your time, energy, and money and shop somewhere licensed and reputable. read more
