Got quoted a price over the phone to replace the cracked screen and broken home button on my old iPhone 7 in order to access some old pictures. When I showed up for the repairs, the guy working there ended up adjusting my phone settings where I could use a home button off the screen instead of having to replace the physical one. He told me there was no charge for him adjusting my settings but I paid him a fair amount anyway, since he could've just changed the screen and home button for the price he quoted me earlier. I called ANOTHER place earlier and the guy kept emphasizing multiple times over the phone that he wouldn't be able to have me access my phone unless if I had the passcode for it (which I did and provided to this store). I came to this guy instead and he fixed my problem without any negative assumptions and went above and beyond. I'll definitely go to him again next time if I have any tech issues. read more

I had many iPhones before and never needed AppleCare but for some odd reason my iPhone 13 Pro cracked in the back even with my silicone phone case. Time to get a hard case now! I do wish I invested in AppleCare this time around. I think sand got into my case and somehow created a kazillion cracks when pressure was applied to the back. I wish I did a before shot of how badly damaged the glass was but as you can see from my after picture it's like nothing happened and looks brand new again! Yay!!! Apple was gonna charge me $29 if I had AppleCare but sadly I did not. Otherwise it is $549 to fix it. That's insane! So I yelped quotes around town and this place had the most reasonable pricing at $100. I was nervous about going to a 3rd party 'cuz you hear horror stories of how your phone isn't the same or worse when you get it back but this place was legit. There are security cameras inside and outside so it made me feel safe. The store is inside a plaza towards the front with plenty of parking. It does get busy on the weekends. I was greeted by Albert the owner who fixed my phone in under a few hrs. I was impressed with the service and quality of the glass. He even went above and beyond and fixed the protective glass that was cracked on the front screen which he didn't have to. Overall I highly recommend the service here. However the battery doesn't sync with iPhone so battery life won't work with this battery and it doesn't quick charge as fully as a new iPhone battery, so just know that going in.
