Got quoted a price over the phone to replace the cracked screen and broken home button on my old iPhone 7 in order to access some old pictures. When I showed up for the repairs, the guy working there ended up adjusting my phone settings where I could use a home button off the screen instead of having to replace the physical one. He told me there was no charge for him adjusting my settings but I paid him a fair amount anyway, since he could've just changed the screen and home button for the price he quoted me earlier. I called ANOTHER place earlier and the guy kept emphasizing multiple times over the phone that he wouldn't be able to have me access my phone unless if I had the passcode for it (which I did and provided to this store). I came to this guy instead and he fixed my problem without any negative assumptions and went above and beyond. I'll definitely go to him again next time if I have any tech issues. read more

Replaced the screen on my phone excellent service very quick would recommend them but now I see that they're closed

I had many iPhones before and never needed AppleCare but for some odd reason my iPhone 13 Pro cracked in the back even with my silicone phone case. Time to get a hard case now! I do wish I invested in AppleCare this time around. I think sand got into my case and somehow created a kazillion cracks when pressure was applied to the back. I wish I did a before shot of how badly damaged the glass was but as you can see from my after picture it's like nothing happened and looks brand new again! Yay!!! Apple was gonna charge me $29 if I had AppleCare but sadly I did not. Otherwise it is $549 to fix it. That's insane! So I yelped quotes around town and this place had the most reasonable pricing at $100. I was nervous about going to a 3rd party 'cuz you hear horror stories of how your phone isn't the same or worse when you get it back but this place was legit. There are security cameras inside and outside so it made me feel safe. The store is inside a plaza towards the front with plenty of parking. It does get busy on the weekends. I was greeted by Albert the owner who fixed my phone in under a few hrs. I was impressed with the service and quality of the glass. He even went above and beyond and fixed the protective glass that was cracked on the front screen which he didn't have to. Overall I highly recommend the service here. Efficient, reasonable prices, and straightforward. Would totally come again! Do you fix PlayStations? Lol read more

Went here a couple months ago after dropping my phone the screen stopped working. The phone seem to be fixed for the moment, but after a week or so the screen was becoming super sensitive to touch then eventually the screen froze and I couldn't use it. I tried to go back, but the store was closed temporarily . I ended up taking it to another local spot . there was an issue with how the screen was replaced, and that was causing the phone to heat up quickly and that might also be why the phone would randomly shut off and/or freeze read more

Very professional staff. The quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend coming here for any phone fixing needs.

Wonderful quick service. It took a day for a camera for my iPhone x to arrive at this location; to be honest, I didn't think they would have remembered to get it. But, they had the parts and were very professional about the transaction. read more

Got camera replaced on an iPhone 15. I called around 9 different shops and most didn't have the part. Owner had the part, could take walk in, and quoted 50% cheaper than every other store. Cleaned the inside of the lens too. Fast & works great. I accidentally spilt a gallon of coffee on the ground and spent like 10 minutes mopping so now the floor is super clean. def recommend ! read more

Got my camera replaced for a reasonable price, cheaper than other places nearby quoted, and used genuine Apple part for rear camera. Service took 30 minutes total. Quick and would come back, would recommend calling first to ensure the shop has the component necessary for repair though, I had to come back since they didn't have the camera the first time I visited. read more

Quick and high quality repair completed on 2 smartphones. Very reasonable prices, was much cheaper than many other local repair shops.

So I dropped and cracked my phone the other day, the phone died and went all black on me. I know my phone still turns on since it still rings and everything, I just need a screen replacement ASAP since I have to work. I tried and called repair shops around Arcadia but they're either out of stock on iPhone 12 screens or they need at least 2-3 hour to get the repair job done. I then called this WEFIX MOBILE and they told me they can do it quick for me. So I went there and they actually did the screen replacement for me in 25 minutes. They told me that they fix phones for not just for their customers and the carrier stores and the other repair shops around them, so they always try to do everything quick. It's been a few days now and my phone works flawlessly, thumbs up for great services and speedy services when I really needed it! read more

WeFix Mobile - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Arcadia, California

Service was quick and cost was 60% of apple for a new battery. However the battery doesn't sync with iPhone so battery life won't work with this battery and it doesn't quick charge as fully as a new iPhone battery, so just know that going in. I wasn't aware of those things or would have just gone to apple. But if your budget is tight, it"s functional. read more

Friendly & professional staff! Reasonable prices & very helpful regarding the concerns that I've with my phone's status especially a battery change service & charging port problems that I had. They even changed my old broken screen protector that I had for free! Thank you WeFix Mobile!! read more

I took my wife's Series 4 Apple Watch in to replace the battery. WeFix Mobile was the only shop in the vicinity to reply saying they could replace the battery for this older series watch. I met Elbert, the owner and left the watch. When I returned a week later, Elbert said the touch screen would not function with the new replacement battery or with the original battery. He felt bad and wanted to make this repair experience "right" with me. As a result, my wife has a newer series Apple Watch at no cost to me. Elbert is a man of his word, honest and trustworthy. His business deserves this 5-star rating. read more

My daughter dropped her phone and broke the screen. It was not just cracked, half the screen was black. I wanted to fix it before my wife saw it and got mad at her. I first went to Go Gadget on Baldwin and they quoted me $140. I asked if that was their best price and they checked something on their computer and he said he could take $5 off. I stepped outside and called WeFix and they quoted me $80. For $55 less I drove the 3 blocks and went to WeFix. They took 15 minutes and did a great job. The phone works perfect! Great price and great service. read more

Friendly customer service I walked there and there with my Partners iPad. It wasn't powering on the store click was able to power it back on within two seconds. Amazing experience with We Fix Mobile!! The iphone cases are less than similar ones at Amazon & Ross!! Extremely fast service with professional, competent, friendly, efficient staff. I had to unlock an old iPhone 4 & old iPhone SE from ~8 years ago after upgrading cell phones at Verizon. I had the old ones in a drawer for years & forgot the passcodes. To get my credit from Verizon, I had to turn off "find my iPhone" before sending them in but I couldn't remember my passcodes! Oh no! They got back to me fast thru Yelp!! Less than 30 minutes. I'm very impressed with their customer service. FAST response & excellent services that are less expensive than others nearby... they're a unicorn/hidden gem of a biz! Fast services, solve every issue, address all concerns, very knowledgeable, polite, outgoing, friendly, responsive AND the cheapest option in the area too!! It's said you can only get 2 of 3- cheap, quality or fast. You usually have to choose 2 of 3. We Fix Mobile is all 3 & more! They unlocked my phones saving me the $250 fine. They called when they finished- ahead of schedule. I'm so happy with my experience. Thank you for going above and beyond. Venmo pay too. If you use a credit card, the biz has to pay 3-6% in fees to process the credit card & get paid. I want a small biz getting all the $. To help small biz; using cash or PP/Venmo etc = the biz won't lose any $ processing ur card. I highly recommend them for EVERYTHING cell phone related. Batteries, screen repairs, lock outs, screen protectors installed w TLC & quality phone covers for most models, even iPhone 6. Going here costs less than anywhere else AND your phone is working again in minutes. Wish they had a store on Kaua'i lol. Until they expand to Kaua'i, I'll have to make a trip to Arcadia.. under $60 for a new battery cheaper than other stores. $25 to unlock my phone & avoid the fine. Awesome job. Much gratitude. They are all friendly geniuses that take pride in their work. read more

I dropped my phone a couple of days ago in the morning, the screen cracked and the touch function stopped working. I really needed a screen replacement urgently since I have to go to work. I call many shops around Arcadia and they told me it will take around 30-60 minutes to get me a new screen. Finally I found this new shop WeFix Mobile and they told me it only takes around 20 minutes. So I went to their shop and it literally took less than 15 minutes and the repair was done. It's been 3 days and my phone works flawless. It's a new place opened not too long ago, I wanna address that they did a screen replacement for me fast, when I really needed it, and it's actually cheaper than other shops I called. read more

A shop with very good service. Their home is divided into two kinds of accessories, the original factory and the sub-factory. I used the sub-factory accessories this time. The quality is very good. The maintenance is very good. The staff patiently explained to me that I like this shop very much. I will recommend my friends to come to this shop. read more
