    I had many iPhones before and never needed AppleCare but for some odd reason my iPhone 13 Pro cracked in the back even with my silicone phone case. Time to get a hard case now! I do wish I invested in AppleCare this time around. I think sand got into my case and somehow created a kazillion cracks when pressure was applied to the back. I wish I did a before shot of how badly damaged the glass was but as you can see from my after picture it's like nothing happened and looks brand new again! Yay!!! Apple was gonna charge me $29 if I had AppleCare but sadly I did not. Otherwise it is $549 to fix it. That's insane! So I yelped quotes around town and this place had the most reasonable pricing at $100. I was nervous about going to a 3rd party 'cuz you hear horror stories of how your phone isn't the same or worse when you get it back but this place was legit. There are security cameras inside and outside so it made me feel safe. The store is inside a plaza towards the front with plenty of parking. It does get busy on the weekends. I was greeted by Albert the owner who fixed my phone in under a few hrs. I was impressed with the service and quality of the glass. He even went above and beyond and fixed the protective glass that was cracked on the front screen which he didn't have to. Overall I highly recommend the service here. Efficient, reasonable prices, and straightforward. Would totally come again! Do you fix PlayStations? Lol

I was seen very quickly, had diagnostics done within 5 minutes, and he suggested alternative solutions while discouraging me from doing unnecessary repairs on my phone as it was in good health, despite that costing him business and income. Can't help but appreciate his honestly since a lot of shops in this same business don't have that quality. Called and expressed concerns for slow battery charging. I inquired about time for diagnostics and the guy on the phone quoted 15-20 minutes. Soon after I came to the shop and the guy saw me within a minute of stepping into the shop and did his diagnostic testing within 5 minutes. He told me that my phone charged well on his chargers and suggested that it might be due to my charging cable. He recommended I order a new one and also offered some in store but wasn't pushy about his stock in particular. I also asked about my battery health of 86% and he said it's in good health and I should hold onto it for a little longer before considering a battery replacement. Super pleased with my experience even though I didn't end up doing any business. I WILL be coming back to this location when I do have issues with my phone.

Indeed, I tried to make the blinking stop by unplugging the charger and then plugging it back in. After that, it was still blinking and never stopped. I asked my uncle to help me fix the problem by unscrewing the bottom layer of the laptop and see if the battery was OK or not. Enough with my experiences at home. As requested, my uncle decided to hire my stepmother to help me fix my MacBook before it's too late. At the beginning of May, the day had come to send my device to the iFixForU shop where only 2 boys were working. My stepmother asked one of the workers to see if they wouldn't mind fixing my device. But instead, they accused me of ruining my device by adding one last sentence "nobody's gonna help you", which sounded like my life is already over. I'm sorry, but that treatment they gave me was unfair and unacceptable, and I have never trusted that smile the worker had; it's humiliating. Having had enough, I can tell that their service didn't do me a favor, so I had no choice but to send my MacBook to Di-No Computers in the following month. Since I vowed never to visit that shop again, the technicians working for iFixForU get 2 choices: Improve their treatment or get fired. I cracked my phone screen in December, and came here to get it fixed after reading all of the positive reviews. The initial correspondence was easy. I told Jon the type of phone I had, he quoted me $180 to fix it. It is important to know that when I asked how much it would costs, he said "$180". No other context was offered. I was happy with the price and let him fix it. Five minutes into getting my phone back, I noticed that my screen would glitch every time I opened certain app.s Then I noticed that the screen kept freezing, and I would have to restart my phone to get it to work. I immediately went back to Jon and told him about the issues, and he said he would fix it and get me a new screen within a few days. Once again, I picked up my "fixed" screen for the second time, only for it to have the same issues I was having before, just a little less frequently. Frustrated, I went back to Jon a third time and asked what was going on. He said I bought the "generic" version for $180 and that I could upgrade to a high quality option for more money that would not have these issues. I asked him why didn't he inform me of the different versions that were available when we first spoke, and he said that he assumed I wanted the cheapest version. I can only imagine that he made this assumption because I am a Black woman. It is absurd, insulting and bad business to assume what someone is willing to pay for when you are in a sales position. He then proceeded to tell me that all of the glitches, freezing and malfunctions were normal with the "generic" version, and that I would continue to experience these issues that were rendering my phone inoperable unless I upgraded to a higher quality version. Nothing of this information was offered when I initially returned the phone for issues. As a customer I don't understand why you would sell a product that you know does not work. My screen was "fixed" yet I wasn't able to use my phone for more than 5 minutes without if freezing, glitching or shutting down. This is not a fix. Furthermore, I was not initially given the option to buy a new screen that would actually work. I told him he was a scam artist and left. The 100-day warranty they offer is because they know that their products do not work and you will experience many issues. I would not recommend letting Jon fix your phone unless you plan to waste money on a phone that does not work.

Trees and unique stores line this area of Green Street. The entrance is immediately next to the sidewalk, with no setback. Street parking can sometimes be difficult but side streets often have the most parking. When I entered the store, I walked through a small seating area to the counter. At the counter I was asked about what type of help that I needed. I showed him my Galaxy S10+ phone and explained that I thought I had a battery problem. He asked me a number of questions concerning its symptoms and how long it had been taking place. He gave me a number of options. After thinking for a while I decided that I wanted to go ahead and get a new battery. I wanted an original Samsung battery, not an aftermarket battery. He took the information off of my phone to make sure that he was looking for the proper battery in his inventory. He was out of stock. He made some inquiries and said that he would have a battery for me in a couple days and would give me a call when the battery came in. He was very helpful and courteous. I even asked him some questions about the new phone that I had purchased. He was very helpful in explaining how to properly adjust the settings. After some delay because his supplier was out of stock I stopped and checked with him. He checked his inventory and had the proper replacement. I left the phone and was told to return in a few hours. When I came back the phone was ready. I paid the agreed upon price and was on my way. When I got home I double checked the phone to see what kind of charge was on the battery. I plugged it in and it is charging as it should. Very happy with my experience at I Repair it Fast! I thought that was so thoughtful and generous! When I came back, he fixed my phone in under an hour. Harut was personable and genuine... and opinionated in the best way possible haha. He's an interesting guy which makes it feel like you're visiting a friend while getting your phone fixed. You can tell right away he's honest, transparent about pricing, and not trying to upsell you on anything unnecessary. It's rare to find that level of service and trust these days. After reaching out to multiple shops…read morelocally, Gadgetneeds gave me the best quote (especially since I wanted an authentic Apple battery replacement). Most of the other places I reached out to only had third party batteries or were charging more for the authentic Apple one. It was super easy to get a quote through Yelp's Projects and make an appointment, although they take walk-ins as well. Changing the battery took about an hour as the battery arrived 0% charged, but normally should take less than 30 min. Battery is definitely holding a charge well and also includes a 3 month warranty for any issues that may come up. The owner is also very personable and a great person. Another customer came in needing a phone charger, mentioning he lost everything in the Eaton fire. The owner kindly gave him one for free. Overall, great service and I would not hesitate to come back again for any future phone repair needs.
