Long story short they managed re-hooking up the screen though you could barely see what was on it and then had these super bright lamps shine on the screen as they could barely make out what button for each file they had to send to a new memory card they put in my old phone. After an arduous few hours they had recovered all 11 gigabytes of precious memories and then when I came in they put that memory card in my phone and transfered ALL MY PRECIOUS PICTURES to my new phone and I can't thank them enough. THAT WAS A MIRACLE FOR ME!!! I now have a new phone with plenty of memory space and ALL my old photos and am one happy camper. If you've read through all this you can see this is a store unlike no other. TJ Cell Phone Repair really cares about their customers and "bends over backward" to accommodate them.
