We brought my daughter's phone in after she broke the screen and had it replaced, along with a new screen protector. Shortly after, she left on vacation with her grandma and noticed the screen became unresponsive before eventually going completely black. When she got back, we brought it back in, and they were incredibly helpful. They replaced the screen again at no charge and even installed a new screen protector. I really appreciate that they stood behind their work and made everything right without any hassle. That's the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back, even if there was a small hiccup in the beginning. They truly care about their customers, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing phone repairs. read more

What a joke of a shop. Tried to charge me sales tax on a repair. Maybe check up on state laws, repair labor is not taxable. Basically stealing money. Told me they couldn't help me after I called them out. Buyer beware! Response: you are a joke and scammer. Unfortunately for you I owned an auto repair shop for 25 years so I've heard it all. Tell me why you quoted me $150 whether or not I provided the materials? Then it became $180. Add on your illegal sales tax and that's over $200. Then you tried to tell me the materials cost $90 but previously it wouldn't make a difference? PTM7950 is not $90 even for me as a consumer. I asked many shops for a quote and your's was higher than average but you were closer so I wanted to go with you. This is one time the negative reviews were correct. You could have just said the sales tax being added was an error and changed it but you chose to go this route. read more

They are fast, but quality is compromised. I took my phone battery to be replaced a few months ago, the battery was fine; however, they never installed a water resistant glue on my iphone so the first water splash it hit, it caused damage. I wasnt informed about the lack of water resistance at any point. The phone continued to function. I took it back to them and they said they will dry it out but the damage was already done. I wasnt informed given a slight attitude when i took the phone back after the incident. A few weeks after i got the white screen of death, i took it to a different repair shop and they informed the inside two cables were damaged and there was about 6 screws missing around the battery. I had to just get a new phone due to al the issues. So affordable prices, quick fix but quality is compromised. Repair was done in July of 2025, phone screens topped working 8 weeks later After I posted this review, the owner publicly responded by telling me not to "blame others for [my] own mistakes" and stating that he hoped I would not return. I have attached his response so customers can evaluate it themselves. My complaint remains about the physical condition of the phone following the repair. A different repair shop later identified two damaged internal cables and approximately six missing screws around the battery. read more

EzFix - Message received from the owner bullying me after I posted a review about his service - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Glendora, California

Great place to get your phone fixed. Prices are extremely fair compared to other places. He was also able to fix it quickly as I wait in the waiting area. read more

Quick, to the point, good quality and good value for the 10-min repair. Honest & gave me exactly what I needed .

I dropped off a tablet from the brand, Vortex, to EzFix. He didn't know what the issue was at first, however, he took a look at it and was able to fix the issue. The tablet needed a new battery. Since the brand was not popular, he had to replace the battery with a similar looking type of battery. He had to solder the battery into the tablet. I paid $88.60 for the battery replacement. I got my tablet back within 5 hours. Now it is running fine and I can use it again. read more

I clumsily dropped my gaming laptop in my room and the screen broke. I was panicking messaging every computer repair shop to see how much it would cost. Then, I saw this newly opened shop located in Glendora. Eric was a very fast responder and fixed my laptop screen very quickly. I told him I needed it fixed for school and he returned it back to me in only 4 days. He offered me the most affordable price out of the shops and the service was great. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs their electronics repaired. My laptop looks as good as new with the same refresh rate and all. Thanks! read more

I had shattered the back of my phone yesterday pretty bad and so I decided to come to EzFix to get it fixed. They responded to me so quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. My fiancé and I went in on Sunday morning and they had it finished for me within about an hour and a half. I also was able to buy a screen protector for my fiancé. They have different colors as well. So glad my phone is all fixed and still the pretty desert titanium I had bought originally. Will definitely come back if I need something repaired. Thank you! read more

I took a TENS controller in with a broken screen. They couldn't fix it. We were informed that repair parts are specific for each device ( they have a catalog) and the Tens was not included. Other people, who have had issues with their phones, have come here for repair and were satisfied. So, if you have a broken cellphone, they will most likely be able to fix it for you but don't expect them to repair non supported devices. It doesn't cost you anything to ask and they will tell you if they can fix it or not. read more

Eric was so friendly and professional, replaced the screen on mom's iPhone that had slipped out of her hand and shattered to the ground. He replaced it and now her phone looks brand new! I asked if he would put the screen protector on it that I had bought for her, he did it for no additional cost! Very satisfied customers! I will definitely be going back to Eric in the future! read more

Friendly staff and good price on their products however after I left satisfied with my new 500$ phone I returned back months later because it was blacklisted left on SOS and marked as STOLEN. EZFIX SELLS STOLEN PHONES!!. I came back into the store to see how they would resolve this issue before I hand it over to authorities however he did not even want to give me a slight discount on a different phone. Act completely clueless to what the computer was showing claiming the IMEI number wasn't showing up in the system. Let's be for real. Pulled off the act for the entire visit and then ended up giving me attitude. I'm not from Glendora so I had the make a drive out here for them to just waste my time. Gave him so many opportunities to fix it this and he completely disregarded my issue. I mean I paid 500$ for this phone what am I supposed to do now. Terrible service if you ask me, overall their LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY is what was appalling. At some point he even blamed me for having it MARKED AS STOLEN. Like if I had some ability to hack the phone. UPDATE: again he says i must've done something to it get blacklisted. Completely out of my control by the way. Really pathetic excuse and very misleading what he is trying to make others believe. My main concern wasn't it marked as stolen it was the fact that I drove out there for them to help me but he had nothing. He turned against me and didn't have a single idea of how they could make it right by their business. Horrible customer service read more
