They are effective, courteous, and extremely fair and reasonable. Seriously. Backstory: I brought my iphone 14 pro max after it got a little moisture under the screen and in the camera, and the phone went completely dark and unusable. I tried using my phone Ins., Asurion, and went to their approved repair shop, uBreakiFix in Duarte. The guy there didnt even touch my phone and he proceeded to tell me that that "the phone was done." I couldnt believe it. He said I can try the last resort solution and quickly referred me to his friends at DriveSavers who quoted me the cost to repair/ recover my phone info. would be anywhere from $800-$3900!! That's INSANE!! My guess is they are getting some sort of kickback from DriveSavers. Do yourelf a favor and bring your gadgets and business to iTech Express!

My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat.

Buyer Beware if you want to purchase a temporary eSim/SIM…read moreCard from this place, DON'T! You pay for the SIM but the owner sets it up as if he paid for it for himself. A- He enters his own email. B-He chooses his own password. c He chooses his own PIN. So essentially yes your SIM card works but he has access and complete control over your service. What the process is supposed to actually be like 1. Pay for the SIM. 2. Visit the carrier's activation page (like straighttalk.com/activate or familymobile.com/activate). 3. Enter the SIM number & plan info from the card or kit. 4. Create your account online: * Enter your email address. * Set an account password. * May be asked to set a security PIN for account support. 5. Complete activation and start service. Summary * Email: Yes -- you pick your own when you create the carrier account. * Password: Yes -- you set your own account password. * PIN: The SIM may have a default PIN (carrier-provided) that you can change, and many carriers let you create a security PIN for account support. The owner insists that the way he sets up the SIM card is standard practice. You basically have the SIM card but NO management authority as you can't change email, password, or PIN. LIKELY A SCAM I Deleted the SIM immediately!
