He was also transparent about the potential costs of repairing the phone, which I appreciated. Jack set up an appointment time later in the day. I showed up to his office, which was located in a nice building, and he took a look at the phone, asked a few questions, and opened up my phone. He came across as professional, experienced, and knowledgeable about iPhone repair. Within several minutes of tinkering he diagnosed the issue and proposed the repair plan along with some costs. Also, there is a bright spot on my phone on the right side, which affects my wallpaper. I came into this place to have it checked out and see how much it would cost to repair. The tech took one look at the photo and said it's not the screen that's damaged. It's the photo is highlighting a glare in the background. He switched it to night mode, and the glare was gone, so it was clearly the photo I had as a background and not the screen itself. Also, I asked him about the streaks of light on my photos. He took one look at it and said that my lens cover is really dusty. He cleaned it off and we took a photo and all the streaks were gone. I wanna point this out because these are two things that any dishonest repair shop can easily say they will look at it and fix it and charge me $100-$200. Because of their honesty, this was a five minute visit where he did want adjustment and one lens cleaning and didn't even charge me. It's good to know that they are still honest repairman out there. If I do have a problem, I will be sure to come back here

When we came to pick up the iPad, the screen looked absolutely pristine, but it started doing some weird things on its own. Harry was immediately super apologetic and insisted on keeping it to make things right. Since it was close to closing time, I fully expected to come back the next day -- but within about 30 minutes, Harry called to let us know he had fixed the issue and everything was working perfectly again! This level of customer service is hard to find. Harry has actually repaired several of our teenagers' devices over the years, and every experience has been great. The entrance is immediately next to the sidewalk, with no setback. Street parking can sometimes be difficult but side streets often have the most parking. When I entered the store, I walked through a small seating area to the counter. At the counter I was asked about what type of help that I needed. I showed him my Galaxy S10+ phone and explained that I thought I had a battery problem. He asked me a number of questions concerning its symptoms and how long it had been taking place. He gave me a number of options. After thinking for a while I decided that I wanted to go ahead and get a new battery. I wanted an original Samsung battery, not an aftermarket battery. He took the information off of my phone to make sure that he was looking for the proper battery in his inventory. He was out of stock. He made some inquiries and said that he would have a battery for me in a couple days and would give me a call when the battery came in. He was very helpful and courteous. I even asked him some questions about the new phone that I had purchased. He was very helpful in explaining how to properly adjust the settings. After some delay because his supplier was out of stock I stopped and checked with him. He checked his inventory and had the proper replacement. I left the phone and was told to return in a few hours. When I came back the phone was ready. I paid the agreed upon price and was on my way. When I got home I double checked the phone to see what kind of charge was on the battery. I plugged it in and it is charging as it should. Very happy with my experience at I Repair it Fast!
