This place is, hands down, the best laptop/phone repair location I have ever been to. I dropped my laptop in a puddle, and it was completely fried. After researching and speaking to a number of reps at Dell, one of them finally recommended Harry. it wasn't an easy job; it took about a week and a half. But, I have NEVER been more impressed by a business in my life. My laptop was completely repaired, running perfectly, and the price was so reasonable. I will literally never go anywhere else, and I will recommend Harry and his businesses to everyone who needs any type of repair. (I almost want to look around for things I can bring to him, just so I can keep giving him business.) Thank you, Harry and Gor! read more

I am so impressed with the dexterity and skill of Harutyen, who mended my broken screen while simultaneously carrying on a most interesting conversation with me. His price was more than fair and his work is exceptionally good. I highly recommend this business. And thank you for the screen protector! read more

My experiences with Gadgetneeds were beyond amazing. It all started a few months ago with changing an iPhone BADLY cracked screen (wasn't that bad when it first cracked but totally unusable as time went by with patches of black), then two more battery changes for 2 separate older iPhones . Hary has so much heart, prices are reasonable and competitive. I was beyond satisfied... You can see from his interactions with customers to suppliers he treats neighbors as himself and Gadgetneeds is a heart based business. Having only been to Apple store or Apple authorized repair stores for repairs or part replacements, I am v happy that I can pay only a fraction of the price while I get my older phones back to their best states. I used to think (with prejudice, as I had no knowledge ) going to these tiny stores, screens or battery may last a short time... or maybe they might change my parts... but after my experiences here, I realized that good independent stores with integrous analytical technicians, they could be better than Apple store knowing how to fix the issues more because of the extensive experiences without the luxury to just switch out with a refurbished phone! the touch screen i got works exactly like original and he threw in glass protection for free and it feels better than before! The new battery lives are great but only time can tell, so I may post follow up review in months or years. I am not sure if every independent store is this good. But I know Harry really knows the in and outs of the phones, has original, OEM or after market parts to meet customers pricing needs and always give the best possible to anyone going in the store. Because I saw that in person waiting in store a few different days within 3 weeks. You can tell he is authentic genuine HONEST, walk his talk devout Christian . I have seen him fix different sorts of issues for customers he probably didn't have to that takes time he may not ask for payment or just for minimal fee... But at the same time the one negative review is semi true. He does not have a sales personality and gives customers the big smile warmest and welcome me the moment i go in. he is usually so busy that if he closes at 6 but still working 6:30 or later and haven't had time for lunch because he put taking care of all his customers first. Customers walk in, says hi and just wait till their turn. So if u want the great customer service and willing to pay the price, go to Apple store . He is not the type that fake out a smile when busy...more like great guy with a straight face that rather do little extra for free, giving the best to others , than squeeze in some extra fees for himself.. It is clear as day to loyal repeated patrons, but confusing to the new walk-ins , or the ones expecting respect, who believe their life experiences are results of others , with an externalized self -esteem. For face masks, i don't know the exact situation at this store, but if u truly believe it would make life and death difference , without doing extensive research on efficacy of face masks in infection prevention, versus research on adverse effects with face masks use, oxygen deprivation etc , realizing some people get sick from it , it might be better off u go to another store. Go to an Apple store or Best Buy geek squad for repairs then u can get everything by the books! If there were only one phone store that can remain in Los Angeles county, I would choose his without a doubt.. and all my future repairs out of warranty would only be repaired there. This is a genuine review and you can check my account with many long 1 (or 5) star reviews. I am very critical with high moral standard /integrity. I openly condemn what is unethical and give accolades to business worth extra attentions , every time with the reasons well laid out. Hope my review help u figure out if this store is the best fit for you ! read more

Needed to fix a cracked screen on an iPhone 11 to trade in to redeem a promotion. It was acceptable to the new carrier for full value. Very fast and friendly service. Cheaper than the other guys that we called too. We were in and out in 15 minutes read more

First time coming here and 10/10 would return for any future device repair. I recently dropped my iPhone 11 Pro and accidentally smashed the main camera lens. I called to get a quote ($40) last week and stopped by later that day. When I went in, the gentleman at the store (I didn't catch his name) already had the replacement lens ready and he fixed my broken lens in 10 minutes. Great work, quick, knowledgeable, honest, and very nice! He also taught me about how my camera works - he explained that there was a very VERY slight shadow in the pictures (I didn't notice until he pointed it out) which could have been from damage to the camera when I dropped my phone. I checked pictures that I took after dropping the phone but before he replaced the lens and he was right the shadow was there before the lens replacement. Altogether a great experience. read more

I rarely ever take the time to review places but my girlfriend's iPhone 10 randomly stopped working this morning. Brought it in. They fixed it pretty quickly. The guy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I work in tech and used to jailbreak my friends' iPhones years ago so I have a *little* bit of knowledge on the subject matter, and this guy was very straightforward and honest. Didn't try to up charge or upsell at any point. Would absolutely come here again and recommend this place to my friends. read more

Attempted to go to West Coast Wireless at 4pm and they were closed, advertised open until 6pm. Noticed this shop next to the donut store. Seems to have been there for a while and gave it a try. My speaker was very week when holding the phone to my ear. Handed it to Alex and in 5 minutes it sounded like new. Nominal fee for the repair/cleaning and left able to not scramble for my head phones to take a call. read more

Great service 15-20 minute screen repair! They also had the best price for the repair.

Harry is an absolute blessing to anyone with a broken device. I have had him replace the battery on my wife's iPad. Perfect work. I have broken screens on several different phones. He has fixed them all flawlessly. All the while, his prices are far less costly than going to Apple directly. If you have a device needing service, he's the one to see. read more

I went to get my wife's screen fixed since my little decided to shatter it. I got two quote and was originally going with the other place since that was the first quote I received, but they were not open as stated on their site, which brings me to Gadgetneeds. The gentleman responded promptly to my msg through yelp and saw me as soon as came in. He began working on the phone and quickly fixed it (within 15 min). He also threw in a screen protector and he was cheaper than the first quote I received. I definitely recommend and will be going back for my damaged iPhone needs! read more

Very impressed with Gadgetneeds. Harut gave me a very competitive quote and told me to bring the iPhone in for repair( I'd cracked the screen). He repaired it while I waited, in front of me( no going behind a partition). Took about 10 mins. He also threw in a screen protector. The glass he used was also Apple glass. Very happy. Highly recommended. read more

Brought my galaxy s9+ for a cracked screen repair. Messaged the business the night before and the owner confirmed that he's able to fix it. Initially, I was worried the final product might not feel and look like the original. Hary assured me that the replacement part would be genuine and I shouldn't be concerned. It took a few hours and then I received a call back that the phone was now ready. I've been using it for a few months and everything looks like it came out of the factory. Thank you Hary! read more

Great experience getting my phone fixed. Thank you for the clarity in price, timing, and for following through.

Brought in my iPad Pro whose USB-C port died. Took a quick Look, checked if he had the part, and said come back in two hours. Calls me 45 minutes later and says it's done! Has been working perfectly since! Thank you so much for the quick service. read more

Harut (Harry) gave me top notch service today. I had been all over town trying to get information on an iPhone I had purchased from a private party (buyer beware). Harry was patient and ran some professional tests so now I know that the phone has issues. He does care about his customers and provides top notch customer service. It is obvious he understands the value of loyal and repeat customers. I'm sure to recommend his shop and I'll be back - count me in as a repeat customer. read more

Stopped by to replace my screen and digitizer on my galaxy s21 ultra. They seemed pretty busy that day but Harutyun was able to fix it the same day at a fair price. Screen still works perfectly after a month. Great service read more

They did a great job repairing my son's iPad at a very reasonable rate. They did the job quickly and were helpful.

Love this place. Had phones fixed quickly, professionally and very affordable. The gentleman working there is very honest and knowledgeable.

My iPhone X lately wasn't responding to my touch as much for the last few weeks. Some times it does, other times it won't, and it'd be like that for a few seconds to minutes. I've tried resetting the phone, that didn't last long. I also noticed that the upper right corner of the screen felt it was lifting up a bit. So I was searching around for places and found this place! The man there was nice and informative about what was wrong with my phone. Apparently, the battery was swollen and there was something wrong with the screen itself. So for a flat price of $200, he replaced the battery and screen. Also placed a screen protector as well. The wait wasn't too long, around 30-40 minutes. Definitely recommend! read more

My son dropped his phone and shattered his screen. Reached out to Gadgetneeds and Harry responded immediately. I called to see if he could fix the phone and before I went he double checked he had the screen in inventory. We went up to his shop today and it could not have been easier. Took him less than 15 minutes to replace the screen and in the process, he even fixed the speakers which were slowly getting muffled. I have already shared his information with a friend in need of a screen replacement. If you need a screen replaced, your phone fixed, go to Gadgetneeds and see Harry read more

Their costumer Servises over the phone is day and night compared to what you get when you walk into the store. The shop is small, no ventilation and the guy helping people (maybe the owner) was not wearing a mask, even though there where two other people in the store, all wearing masks'- including myself. They actually never helped me, i ended up walking out (and going to Cosmos) after listening to his 15min phone conversation about his weekend plans- he didn't even look up and say I'll be right with you. never going back. read more

The owner is efficient and skilled. Replaced my iPhone X screen with True Tone function preserved. The price is also reasonable.

Here's the setting. My phone got wet, really really wet. It stops working in parts of the screen. I'm trying to get my real ID application done on my phone and it's just not working. I can't print anything, anytime I need to open another app I can only do so with voice command. I'm pissed. Tension headache is setting in. I only have so much time until my kids are going to need to be picked up and my house is a mess. I'm stressing out! My husband had our screens repaired at Gadgetneeds before and so I call them to see if they're able to help me. Harry picks up and tells me to come in. I'm so irritated, it's hot, getting my phone messed with is the last thing I want. There's lots of street parking around the shop, that was a relief. I walk into the store and it's nice and quiet. Two gentlemen welcome me in and say someone will be with me in just a moment and then one of them runs back to tell Harry that I'm there. I don't know how you feel about asmr, but if I could just be there all day and listen to Harry talk and watch him work on phones I'd be in a constant state of zen. Harry works quickly and calmly and with his deep voice speaking softly while he works my stress literally melted away, headache replaced by an almost intoxicated feeling. No unnecessary movements, he is the surgeon (Sargent? ) of cell phones repair. The three month warranty is the cherry on top. Would absolutely recommend for phone repairs or for the most relaxation you'll receive outside of a spa. read more

I highly recommend Harry and Gadgetneeds for repairs on your iPhone. Harry provides quick, great service. He repaired my husband's cracked iPhone screen and made it look new. Then, when my son's iPhone completely died and wouldn't recharge we brought it to Harry. He checked to make sure it was the battery, expertly changed it and viola! -saved us from shelling out $$$$ on a new iPhone (much to the chagrin of our son). We also decided to have my phone battery changed at the same time as my phone was constantly needing to be recharged every hour- my phone batt life is awesome now! We would totally go back for any other iPhone (or other cell phone) needs!! read more
