My review is late, but better late than never. I went to this place two years ago (3/9/2019), my Samsung Galaxy S4 has been dying on and off and won't charge. Even with a new battery. This time, it wouldn't turn on and I just wanted to save and backup my data. Harry spent time trying to turn it on, using every trick he knows. But no luck. After about 45 minutes, he gave up but he gave me great advice. No charge for his time. He said, put it in the freezer, and it might turn on just for me to save my data. So I got home, removed the battery, then placed my phone in a Ziploc bag, and into the freezer for about an hour. Took it out, put battery in, IT TURNED ON!!! I did the freezer trick about 2-3 times, until I was able to save all my data onto my laptop. Thank you Harry! read more

Fair pricing and quick service. They analyzed the likely problem with my phone in their reply and asked to bring in the phone. Other competitors just asked me to bring in the phone and quoted higher prices without telling me what was likely wrong with my phone. I appreciated what extra analysis that was in line with what I was thinking the problem was. Brought in my wifes iphone 7 plus for a battery replacement. Harry not only replaced the original battery with one that has more capacity, he also takes the extra time to make sure the new battery is working properly. There are other places out there that do battery replacements, but they just rush you in and out hoping everything will be ok. And if something goes wrong, a return trip is needed to sort things out. Came in yesterday because my boyfriend broke his phone screen. We were immediately helped by Harut and he was extremely quick. We were in there may a max of 20 minutes. We had great conversation with him and I really appreciated the fact that he was also trying to look for the best deal for us since we were fixing an IPhone XS Max screen (which isn't cheap!). My battery was draining noticeably fast, but after his examination, he said the battery was still okay, but if I really wanted to change it I could (even though the battery condition was not that bad in his opinion). Perfect service at a great price! My dad's iPhone 8 screen got a pretty harsh break and the home button was also damaged.
