We drive from Long Beach to this store. The staff are not only nice and helpful, they are well educated in shipping. They use many services and give you all of the quotes. It is worth the drive to get excellent service and prices. read more

I visited today and I just want to say thank you for being so patient. Great service and love how easy this place makes all my shipping needs. read more

Originally just came in to pick up an Amazon purchase since it was the closest location that wasn't a big retail shop to have Amazon drop off. But truly found a GEM in the city of South Gate. They had soooo many selections. Whether is boxes, shipping supplies, printing shop..etc. truly a one stop shop. The employees were very knowledgeable on what they offer and were always willing to help. Value was definitely great compared to big brand stores. Hopefully I'll get more photos and videos of the shop once I go in a second time. read more

I've been a loyal customer here for years because of the convenience and the generally polite staff. However, today was a different story. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff showed zero interest in helping, no effort to resolve the issue, and an overall attitude that made it clear they couldn't care less about the customer experience. Yet, they had no problem taking my money. This is not how you treat long-time customers--or any customer, for that matter. Extremely disappointed. read more

Literally had the best service here from Daisy! It was my first time shipping internationally and she was very thorough, patient, gave various options, and I could tell she had the customers best interest in mind. She also was very honest about pricing and shipping times. I would definitely come back! read more

Used to love it here, to all my co workers that come here once a week save your time, just go to a REAL UPS STORE! Funky typical South Gate attitude girl can't find an address and wants to insist it's a totally different location where is Tustin compared to Westmorland that's at-least a 200 mile difference and I called the location in front of her to confirm, trying to give the girl the benefit of the doubt lol ‍ broaden your search bar I was not going to risk losing what I was sending read more

Came in last minute for a notary, they were extremely helpful and very kind. The team working was really welcoming. The process was quick and reasonably priced. read more

Reuben was a gem! This place is so reliable and gets the job done. He helped me figure out my best option to ship some important work documents. Overall everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location. I have also got finger prints here super easy and not really a wait. read more

I have been coming here for years. They have always helped me so much. Very efficient cost efficient seriously recommend.

Sent a box with fragile ceramics to Oaxaca Mexico and they made it there in less than a month and in tact. I didn't take any packaging and I regret that because this location is real laidback about that. It's the senders responsibility. Personally, I enjoy packing. But the attendant set me up with good wrapping paper and double boxing. My items arrived in tact! I appreciate them big time. I was able to get it sent to location. That is so much nicer than the cheaper places that send it to a general location for pick up - because that's how boxes end up getting opened. This package arrived fine, even after passing customs. I am forever grateful read more

Like I said before the service is very courteous and prompt. I was going to change my review because the owner did offer a refund, they stated they refunded, but to date I have not received any type of refund. read more

One of your employees messed up my name on my live scan form and now I have to redo it again! I went and they told me I had to pay for another one!! How is it that I have to pay for a mistake your employee made??? Do not come here!!!! I had to give a star otherwise it would be negative stars. read more

Great service. I drop off packages weekly. I don't have to wait in big lines. Better than going to the post office for package drop off.

Great customer service! Came in to get a photo printed as a poster for a graduation and was in an out within 15min. The guys in the office were so helpful and patient. Will definitely be coming back here in the future for all my packing, printing, and shipping needs. read more

South Gate Pack N Ship - spoke to the business owner himself and here's my response to him - Notaries Near Me - South Gate, California

Called yesterday asking about notary public person said yes and that the place closed at 7 and I can bring the documents . Come over the next day with my papers , one male employee said " we don't do notary here" then another guy that worked there said "we do but they aren't here " like really ? Employees working there and have no clue what the services are on top of that person was not even there to do the service. read more

As an online seller, naturally I have A LOT of packages to drop off, so before, I used to have to make several different stops at FEDEX, UPS & USPS! Now I just come here for EVERYTHING!! Nicest people you'll ever meet. Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable on all packing, shipping needs. Highly recommend this place.

They always provide great customer service! I've followed them for over five years and it's always a pleasant place to go to when needed!

RUDE RUDE RUDE I called to ask about Notary and I had a bit of a connection issue and the man on the phone was so rude! I'm definitely desperate and willing to pay anything to get this done today but if you're rude, I won't waste my time or money. read more

Went here a few months ago for passport photos for my children. The wait is always long at this place, but it's expected as they offer many services. Went to get my kids passports today and the photos were no good. Both photos have a shadow and the background is not white as required. Waisted my money and time. I had to go to cvs and they have a guarantee to meet the requirements or your money back, plus it is cheaper as well with fast service . Wish this place had some kind of guarantee too or a refund option. I feel I got cheated with these unsuitable photos! read more
