From the jump Minas, the owner, was super helpful. He offered the best quote and I checked with at least 5 other companies. All the others were charging close to double what Future shredding offered. Minas was very clear about what was included and didn't tack on all these extra charges. The day of service was just as great. Our Tech was Rodel, he came out did a quick assessment (we had boxes in multiple locations) he was so fast. Shredded everything on the spot. Quality service at a great price. They quoted an accurate bid which was quite reasonable. I was able to make an appointment for the same week at a time of my choosing. They brought the truck to my parent's home, loaded the recycle bin and we had the opportunity to watch the shredding occur.
