From my first contact with the office staff, until the job was completed, I couldn't have been happier. I had never employed a shredding service and as I wanted onsite shredding done, it soon became apparent I had called the right company. The day before the truck was to arrive, I got a reminder call and a time window of the truck showing up was given. The driver/shredder, Sean, couldn't have been more respectful and professional. Having documents dating back to the late 1960's, it was a relief to have all of the personal information gone. The price was fair and the peace of mind it brought, is priceless. Without hesitation, if asked, I will recommend Shred City. read more

I had a great experience with Shred City. I worked with Rita to get estimates and schedule everything, and she was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Sean handled the on-site service, picking up 20 bankers boxes and shredding everything right there. The customer service across the board was excellent. The team confirmed the appointment the day before, called 30 minutes prior to arrival, showed up right on time, and the entire job was done in about 15-20 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Shred City to any business looking for reliable shredding services. read more

Their office staff made everything easy as well - from handling payment to calling with confirmation of scheduling and providing time of arrival. From first contact with Michael, he was detailed in explaining their services. He quoted their service for a flat rate for 2 of the 95 gallon bins. I liked this over the quote for a flat rate for X number of boxes, because I didn't have to worry about what kind of boxes I should use to keep the documents for shredding. The morning of the shredding appointment, Sean called in advance, giving me plenty time to get ready. Then the work was easy and fast, taking less than 30 minutes. My experience with Shred City is pleasant. Their people are professional and I would definitely recommend this company. read more

After calling several other companies who shred documents, we finally called Shred City--and spoke to a fabulous woman named Rita. She was very accommodating to our particular schedule and was thorough and professional as any business I know of. Then, the two guys who came to our storage unit to do the shredding (Mitch and Sean) were just like Rita- friendly, helpful and fair. Just the best people doing professional jobs they cared about. There are plenty of shredders out there and I am so glad I picked this one! I first talked to Hector who got me a good deal to destroy my papers and sent me proposal - very professional! Next Sean texted ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He got all my boxes and totes filled with over 25 years of my financial tax history and got it into his sheading bin to the truck and I watched as it all got destroyed. Relief its all gone! They were wonderful to work with!! Customer Service was the best (like it used to be) -- friendly, knowledgeable, Shannon followed up when she said she would, etc.). It was great that they would accept drop offs to their new Anaheim location vs. scheduling a pick up. I had them shred an old hard drive that I had been holding on to. I highly recommend this company and am happy they have opened an office in Orange County!! read more
