i requested help with shredding financial paperwork while doing a clean out on my moms home. The reviews were excellent and sounded like just what i needed. i wanted to actually witness the documents destroyed and they advertised mobile shredding which is exactly what i wanted. Unfortunately despite reaching out twice basically begging for help, they declined to service me, didn't even respond to the second request clarifying that i was certain they could help based on their service description just asking for clarification on what items needed to be filtered out of shred piles. I'm so busy trying to do this all in short amount of time and this just adds to my stress cuz now I've gotta figure out some other way to get all these documents shredded, very disappointing read more

I asked for quotes from numerous companies. Shredcycle gave me the best price. I thought I had about 125 boxes of files to shed, but I actually had 181 boxes. Shredcycle gave me the price for 125 boxes along with the other companies, but the other companies had higher per box fees. There was one company that was asking for too much information that I did not care to share with them. There was another company that wanted almost double the amount of Shredcycle's quote. I was really surprised to see only one review, but the Yelp pictures for this company speaks louder than words. There was one picture showing about 1000 boxes. If that company trusted Shredcycle to shred their files, I felt comfortable having them shred our 181 boxes. Dave was very polite and helpful. Since they only shred the files and not the boxes, he was kind enough to help me breakdown the boxes so that I could easily throw them into a recycling bin. I would definitely recommend this company. I live out of state but needed a company that could shred files at a satellite office location we have in Torrance. When I contacted the owner, David, he was very friendly and timely in all communication. He had no issue getting our company scheduled in the tight timeline I specified and the pricing was extremely competitive. The best part of the process was Chris, the man who manually loaded all the files and took them out to the parking lot to shred. We had about 40 boxes worth of files which took Chris 5-6 trips back and forth - it was a lot of work and time saved on my end since I didn't have to do it all myself! I really appreciated Chris's professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. I didn't have to remove any of the small metal prongs from the folders nor did I have to put the files into boxes, since the rolling garbage bin they use is the equivalent of 7 boxes.
