Service: Took about 30 minutes. We helped to move stuff from the interior of the house and garage to the driveway -- we did this of our own volition, not because they asked for our help. We had furniture pieces (e.g., mattress, wooden armoires), cardboard boxes, and other random items (e.g., blinds, broken luggage). They took away everything we asked, and it was about one full trailer's worth of junk. Payment: easy, they accept cash or Zelle. I did end up paying about $100 more than the range that was originally quoted when I sent the itemized list of junk. However, they gave me the updated price before they started their service and explained that the amount of stuff we had would take up a certain amount of trailer space.
