Let me start by saying I never got to use ProShred's service so this review is NOT based on their actual work but rather their customer service. In the process of cleaning out our home, we realized we had several bags and boxes worth of old mail that we'd love to get securely shredded and disposed of. Seeing good reviews for this company, I filled out an online quote request recently hoping to get this taken care of quickly and efficiently. Granted, I did not supply a phone number in the form because I wanted to get the quote by e-mail since that is the most effective form of communication for me these days. But I gave them my e-mail address and waited for a response. Over a week has passed since I sent that request and no response.
