Tustin Self Storage has been an amazing experience. We moved earlier last year and needed a place to store our items from our garage since we were losing that in our move. They are conveniently located from our new home. It is super easy to access to your belongings when needed and the staff is super friendly. They even drove their truck to our previous home so we could move our belongings from our old garage to the storage facility which made it super convenient to get it done in 1 trip versus multiple. I had a unit here for a little over 2 years and would definitely recommend this storage company. My rent luckily never increased, but even if it did, it would be lower than competitors. I always felt safe coming here and knew my stuff would be safe as well. They are not open 24/7 and you must go through the front office to get your unit's key, sign in, and turn off your alarm (maybe doesn't work for everyone, but I saw these as safeguards). Only call-out I have is that my unit was on the second floor and it got warm on hot days. read more

The staff, including Shannon (and April, who moved on to other work) and Robert, have been helpful and professional consistently throughout my time with Pouch Storage. The facility is always clean and well maintained. There was no dust on my furniture or boxes after several years in storage: really remarkable. Hours of access are good. Three bay doors are enough and the hand carts were always available and properly maintained. I wish they had air conditioning for the summers.
