I was hunting for one of those elusive larger sized units that apparently disappears the second you need one, and Wendy was able to secure exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was so easy and friendly that I was more than happy to say goodbye to their competitor, Public Storage. And the bonus? They even provided a Moving truck for the move. What I am really impressed by is the professionalism of the people in the office. I have had consistently good interactions with them and when they have communicated with me over the phone and in email they are both extremely professional and well informed. Tustin Self Storage has been an amazing experience. We moved earlier last year and needed a place to store our items from our garage since we were losing that in our move. They are conveniently located from our new home. It is super easy to access to your belongings when needed and the staff is super friendly. They even drove their truck to our previous home so we could move our belongings from our old garage to the storage facility which made it super convenient to get it done in 1 trip versus multiple. If you want To be yelled at and disrespected at pouch self storage just go talk to Nate at the front desk in the office. I went there 08/25/2026 and Nate gave me the worst experience I've ever had at a busines, he raised his voice at me and was completely disrespectful and rude the second I walked in and a complete as* hole for no reason. He was trying not to let me in my stora unit that I pay the bill on when I had 10 minutes until they closed and we as renters are contractually entitled to have access to our unit until 6:45 pm and I showed up when I still had time and he was arguing with the fact that I had until 6:45 to access my unit without incurring a $50 late closing fee Which is literally in the contract that me and the business signed when I signed up to rent a unit there. He almost didn't let me in my unit I had to beg him and he was a complete jerk about letting me in and then when I went to sign out he wouldn't even let me sign out he just said no just go go in a rude mean disrespectful manner and made a shoeing gesture while he was telling me to just go and I really did not appreciate how I was treated by him and he's been rude to me and had an attitude the last couple times I've seen him before this incident. If I owned pouch self storage I would fire him immediately. read more

This is such a great spot. Multiple selections at a decent price. The staff are so very helpful and friendly. On the last visit, Eric was so friendly, professional, and immensely helpful. I rented and had to go back, but it is a large facility. He was patient and took time to help me find my way. Knee issues and climbing the stairs took a minute. Ha. Overall, he truly made the visit wonderful and reminded me of things I had forgotten about. I highly recommend it!!! read more

The space on the second floor was indoor access, air conditioned, accessible by stairs with freight elevators. The place looked nearly spotless inside. Felt very clean & professional overall. I had a unit here for a little over 2 years and would definitely recommend this storage company. My rent luckily never increased, but even if it did, it would be lower than competitors. I always felt safe coming here and knew my stuff would be safe as well. They are not open 24/7 and you must go through the front office to get your unit's key, sign in, and turn off your alarm (maybe doesn't work for everyone, but I saw these as safeguards). Only call-out I have is that my unit was on the second floor and it got warm on hot days. read more

We were moving from one storage location to this one and getting everything from our old one to the current one went as smoothly as possible. I loved the ease of access to the carts and elevators and it was even more welcoming to have such kind people to talk to. Safety is also something I prioritize and the location itself was very safe.
