Fair value when compared to other storages. Staff is friendly and attentive. Only downside is the hours are not the greatest. 7am-7pm.

This is a no frill storage at a low price. Ron helped us and was very friendly and helpful.

I have had a storage bin with Save-Most for many years. I like the fact that they are staying up to date with security and gate codes. The place is always spotless and feels very safe no matter what time you arrive. I want to compliment the 2 gentleman who worked the front desk that last time I was there. James and Ciro are just outstanding employees. I wasn't feeling very well (heat) and sat in the office for a while. They made sure I had enough water to drink, if I wanted a ambulance etc, etc. Talk about going beyond the call of duty. We rented a large storage space on a month to month contract for 10 months. The property is always clean and well maintained. The team of professionals on the property are friendly and very helpful with addressing our needs. We moved out of town or else we would have continued to rent the space. Today is Christmas Day. I have had a unit here for a few months. As with most emergencies, they happen at inopportune times. It's Christmas Day, the worst day to have a pipe break in your house, but it happened anyway. I fortunately was able to get the leak stopped but the damage was already done to the floor. Also fortunately, I have an industrial dehumidifier in storage. I wait until 8 am, the time it says they are open today on the internet and I drive down to pick up my item. The gate is closed. I call the emergency number and speak to a lady and ask if I can get into my unit. She puts me on hold and comes back with, "sorry we are closed today". I mention that I'm calling o. the emergency number and she puts me back on hold. She comes back and says "I spoke to Miguel and there is no way. We are closed today". I will be taking my items to Public Storage. It may be a bit further away but are open 24/7 365. I'm really pissed that my floors have to wait 24 hours to dry out. read more

So - Public Storage raises our monthly rates again. I called around and found these guys. This place is the best. Everyone who was at the front desk is super nice! They even took notes about my phone call the day before. Plenty of storage options, and presented 2 different spaces that would suit my needs. When I came back to load in my stuff, they had totally swept it out and made sure it was perfect. Also - plenty of cameras everywhere, as I would expect. The location is completely safe. Hands down the best bang for your buck in storage. I'm saving at least 30% compared to where I was before. Highly recommend! read more

I called approx. 10 storage facilities and went to see 2 of them. This facility had a special price which got me to go look at it. When I got there Pernilla was very friendly and helpful, the unit was clean and not too difficult to get to on 2nd floor, the facility is in a nice area and is centrally located.
