From the moment I walked in, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant--which is not something you usually say about storage facilities. Andrea and Mary were phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and truly on top of their game. They made the entire process easy, answered every question without rushing, and treated me like a valued customer instead of a transaction. That's real 5-star customer service. Andrea helped me on my last storage rental on their sister property, and she just is a fantastic Human Being and excellent at her job! Whatever you do, do NOT use this location. I was there for 6 months and they tried to bump my rate by 63%!!! I'm not talking about an "introductory rate" discount. I've got documented proof. I'm a Christian, they claim to be, but they are hypocrites. They are morally and ethically bankrupt. I would NEVER do business with those people EVER again. First, drive here first and see for yourself. Looked great from the freeway, but to get there you have to loop around under the freeway. Very inconvenience. The service managers were somewhat helpful. Their system is old-school. Gate and storage access have to press codes manually. I moved out after months of paying 4-5 months in advance. Then, they hit me with the 43% rent increase. Oh, heck no. I'm out. Greedy much? Not a great way of doing business and keeping your good customers. Check out Public Storage. Renter Beware!! This is a nice facility and the staff is very helpful and personable. They were great with info, move-in, etc., couldn't have been happier. My issue is that after two months of being there, I received notice my monthly rent was going up $146 per month or 34%!! While I understand small increases, this amount is egregious to me. I now know why they don't do term contracts. I've been calling for a week to get an explanation, but now can't get anyone to pick-up or return my calls. I don't have another option as I'm out of the country for an extended time and this is not acceptable to me. Consider this and ask questions before storing here. read more

Due to the continued price increases at our current storage facility (Public Storage) we were in the market to look into a new and more inexpensive/efficient solution. After meeting with Julie & Tony it was a simple decision for us to secure our new storage home! I would highly recommend that anyone interested stop in and take a look for yourself. In the decades of being a storage unit customer I have never seen anything close to the cleanliness, quality and ease of use as this facility! They provide moving carts (flat Home Depot style carts) for free use to make moving your storage simple at both elevators - I counted three (3) at each elevator. And to state "Clean" would be an understatement for this facility, its storage units, and the overall grounds. Do yourself a favor by meeting with Julie & Tony and you'll find the old fashioned values and principles that we once had in the past. They welcome communication and believe in finding solutions to whatever your storage needs are. We're also saving $160.00 per month , in regular storage storage costs, and they've given us 1/2 off that for the first two months!!! No long term commitment and they've given us great suggestions on relocating our storage space into smaller/cheaper spaces once we're on site there. And the best for last - They provide a moving box truck free of charge to use for our move-in... Only regrets I have is not finding this place many years back! read more

The facility is always clean, you feel very safe using it and everything is always working with plenty of dollies available to move our items in or out. This was our first time obtaining a storage unit and the process was ran smoothly. We temporarily reserved a unit online first so it doesn't get taken away and got a call from the office within the next day to provide more information to me, prices and all, additional requests and selected a leasing date. Before we made things official over the phone, they asked us if we'd like to check out the storage unit first before we sign the paper work, just to make sure if it's spacious enough for us, due to it being triangular shaped and not square shaped (we picked the cheapest unit). So we agreed to check it out, which I very much appreciated, because I wasn't too sure if I wanted that or not. So we set up to check it out over the weekend and met Julie and Tony who were very welcoming and easy to talk to! The storage units were very clean and private and in a very good area. Tony showed our triangle storage room and let us know that it sounds and may look deceiving, but it's pretty spacious and he was right! It was more than enough for us! We signed our papers with Julie who was super sweet and made the process super easy, even stepped away to give us time to read the leasing agreement. I've had it there for 2 years and all of my items were still in excellent condition when I recently moved out. The unit had a lot of space and was easy to access when needed. Reviews don't lie! (Well they technically could but this place had over a hundred reviews and still showing five stars!). Any place can rent you an apartment for your items but this place does it with heart and a smile. My family and I were stuck in an awkward transition of having to move by the end of the month but not having found a new place to call home yet. We had about two weeks left and were striking out everywhere. We decided to move things into storage and started with Yelp. We researched several places but the reviews here just jumped out at us. "Julie is the best!" "Kris is so helpful!" We're written on multiple reviews. I decided to call them and I asked for Julie. You can feel her warmth coming through the phone. I explained our situation and told her we had a four bedroom house we needed to store. She told me about a drive up unit on the first floor she had available but said she could give me a better deal by combining multiple units on the third floor. She began to describe each unit to me as if it were like her kids. There was detail and excitement as she spoke about them. I instantly knew this was the place to store my things. Julie even offered me two days with their small but mighty moving truck to get my stuff in. If you like real authentic customer service use this place. If you are encouraged to find people who are passionate about their jobs come here. If you need to store any thing consider putting it in these clean units. You will have great access to your items from 5am to 9pm and it's secured and tidy. I really don't write reviews so when I do I whole heartedly mean what I say. The price was right and they offered a free moving truck which saved me some money instead of spend money on uhaul. Getting everything set up was easy, a gentleman by the name Chris help my wife Cinthia and I with the moving truck and getting a storage unit. I forgot to purchase my own lock and Chris mention they sold some at the location which saved me trip to the store. Place is clean and located in a simple and easy to access location. My favorite of all storage places I've used. Easy to access. Swift service, other places have taken an hour. I think had my unit in 15 minutes. Nice cool building, don't have worry about heat damage. I think my favorite quality is the location. US Storage was really easy to work with, I came in on a Monday mid-day and had all of my stuff moved in and contract signed within a couple of hours. The unit was exactly what I needed. I even got a brand new lock that was opened out of the package right in front of me so I knew there wouldn't be anyone out there with keys to my storage unit. I wish I could give TEN STARS!! We decided to move from another local storage facility where we had 50% of our stored items stolen...STOLEN!! We researched, then went to see Julie and Tony at US Storage Center on Camino Capistrano Road, in Laguna Niguel. They are the BEST! The facility is clean, well lit, and SAFE. I wouldn't normally go out of my way to write a review about a storage unit center, but this one is unique. It's clean, organized and efficiently run. What stands out the most is the staff. Their proactive helpfulness and positive attitudes are noteworthy. I tend to take note of employees that "hate" their job, or just have overall impatient attitudes when dealing with customers, but I have yet to feel that vibe when I'm there.
