His behavior was immature, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for someone representing a national company. I've already reported him to corporate for his conduct, and I sincerely hope they review his behavior and take corrective action. They had a box that was a perfect fit and also recommended I not use bubble wrap (the weight of the items exceeded the limit for bubble wrap--who knew?), so I got a sheet of styrofoam tucked into the box for protection. Then the box was closed and taped up really well for transport. They even weighed it for me to ensure it wasn't over the 50 lb limit for the airline. While all this was being done, I wandered around, looking at their products. They have boxes for microwaves, TV, standing lamps, dishes (multi-level!), wardrobes, as well as your usual moving boxes (sold singly and in multipacks). They have padding (bubble wrap, peanuts, paper to wrap your even those blankets that movers use to protect furniture), mattress bags, you name it! Now I know where to go to get moving or shipping boxes and accessories!
