I can't say enough about our experience with AAA quality self storage. They're incredibly nice, but I really want to emphasize how clean and safe this facility is. It's modern, and not a spot of dust anywhere. The prices seem to be on par with others in the area, so to me, this was definitely worth every penny we paid to store our possessions when we were between houses. Sometimes you accumulate too many awesome belongings that you just don't seem to have the room for anymore so what to do what to do but throw them into a storage unit! Well don't throw your stuff in there because then it will end up broken and just not to happy! Looking around on Yelp you that thing your using to read this review on I found this awesome storage facility not to far from my stomping grounds and said yes that's the one to get a unit or two! Upon arriving here I was greeted by Ken who showed me around the facility to what units were open and of these I found the perfect sized one to store my stuff in! It's pretty much because of Ken that we got a unit here as he was super nice and professional as well as totally willing to help us in every way to get our belongings to the unit he did a great job and was definitely a pleasure to have him help us this past weekend! We had one table that was a good sized one that just wouldn't fit in the car so when I found out that we could rent their storage truck for free for 20 miles and then $2 per mile after I was totally all for it as it was very much needed to move just one thing to the unit and came out very helpful it was super cool they offer this to the people whom rent units here! Also don't forget to check in to receive half off for your first two months rent it will save you a bunch of storage cash! Overall this is an awesome storage facility run by some nice people who knows when I'll be back for something of mine that I just start missing as it's all locked up in the unit waiting to see the light again some day! read more

This is a great storage unit facility. They are very competitive in pricing. They keep their facility very clean and secure. They even let us use their truck for free to move in. We really appreciated having their services during a recent transition period for our family when we need to store a large portion of our belongings. Their climate control was a really nice feature and great for a summertime move. Their hours are the only thing we were occasionally inconvenienced by. If you know you are going to need evening hours, tell them ahead of time so the book you into their building with longer hours. Otherwise they are really easy to work. read more

The local is clean and I have never had any issues with my locker. I had an issue when moving out and had to escalate it to the corporate office. Christine who works on the weekend is extremely rude and inept. I asked her to measure the unit that she was to rent me because it looked at lot smaller than what it's supposed measurements and she refused. I also asked her details about water damage on the unit and she refused to answer. She seems like a very shady person. read more

The people who run this storage are professional and personable. It is incredibly clean and well run. The bathroom and elevator were always clean and in working order. The units were very clean, well sealed and had adequate lighting. There are fire sprinklers and hallway doors that seal off for security. They have both airconditioned and non-airconditioned units. They have reasonable rules for when and how you can enter the building and the entire place is monitored constantly. You can buy packing materials in the office. Heavy duty carts are available by the elevator for use in transporting items. The only difficulty was that parking isn't plentiful, however the building is located next to railroad tracks and at the end of a street, so that is probably good for security. The prices are similar to other storage businesses and as of now it is fairly expensive to rent a unit. Barbara Reed was always helpful. We appreciate the service of being able to store our items securely. read more

I needed a few months storage to hold onto furniture and other miscellaneous things. I just closed out my storage because it is no longer needed. AAA Quality Self Storage was very friendly throughout the entire process from opening to closing. They gave me plenty of options and found one that was perfect for my needs. I was offered both air conditioned and non-air conditioned storage. I chose a smaller space with longer access hours. I had no problems with the elevator and a cart was always available when I needed it. I will use them again when I need to store things. read more

I would give negative stars if I could. My family rented a storage unit here when there was different management a few years ago. Since the change in management the place has seriously gone down hill. Barbara and Don Reed harassed my family while moving out of our unit here. I have never in my life experienced such horrific customer service. They were incredibly rude to my grandparents and Barbara actually screamed at my grandmother. Batanara Is also very nosey, I caught her looking around at our things when we left the unit alone for a moment. I hope the employees here can get the mental help they need. There is also almost no parking and no space to load/unload a truck. I would seriously stay far away from this place. read more

I had a full truck of possessions I had to transfer to this facility, and unfortunately it took longer to unload into the new location, and I ran 15 minutes past their closing time to finish the job. The facility is clean & prices are decent, but the staff drive me nuts. The last entry is supposed to be 15 minutes before closing. Several times I've been there 5-10 before the last entry cutoff to grab 1 thing from my unit, but they are already locked up. Don't bother posting hours if you won't honor them. read more
