I have been to many l storage facilities, including the big ones that everyone knows - extra space storage (Irvine spectrum as well as the Baker Ranch dog park) and public storage (off Alton). This is one of the best storage facilities I have used. It is extremely clean. There is a public restroom available. Plenty of parking. The staff and the tenants are professional, friendly, just regular normal people - which is not always the case when it comes to storage facilities The only feedback I have in terms of improvements I'd like to see would be longer hours is limited between 7 AM and 7 PM and sometimes I just can't get out of work in time. read more

RATS!!! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! A RIP OFF!!! Rats got into my storage and damaged my furniture! All my wrapped furniture couches, mattresses, pillows and blankets in bags were ripped open and eaten through along with rat piss and poop everywhere! It took about 2mos for the insurance company to get back to me for a reimbursement which I had to keep paying for my unit with the damaged furniture in it for that extra 2mos before throwing it all away. They apologized for the rat damage and offered their dumpster for me to trash my damaged goods, then billed me after the fact for utilizing their dumpster which was not implied I would have to pay since I was not at fault. During this whole time there were absolutely no communication with any manager on or off sight. The front office girl was my only means of communication. Very poor service! Lots of money lost with the extra 2 months and dumpster fee! I left there a very upset customer. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! read more

It is extremely rare for me to leave a negative review. I am a business owner, so I know first hand how damaging a bad review can be. with that being said, if I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Giovanni, the manager, is rude, unprofessional, and childish. When faced with an upset customer, instead of diffusing the situation he escalated the situation. He was unapologetic for their mistakes and was very aggressive in telling us that it was our fault and that we misunderstood. After I told him I was calling his supervisor and leaving a review he denied me late access, which he previously stated he could give me. This is the first and last month I will be at this place. I can't believe this kid is in charge. My husband and I asked a very specific question when signing the paperwork, and whether or not we were going to get a storage unit there was contingent upon the answer. We were given a wrong answer, and led to believe something was true that absolutely was not. I got the impression that this was not the first time something like this regarding this exact issue has come up, and it's understandable that I would be upset that we rented a unit based off of wrong information. I definitely would not recommend this place to anybody until they change management or put Giovanni and his team through some intensive customer service training! This has been a huge waste of my time and money, not to mention the inconvenience of having to move everything that we just got done putting into storage, to another provider that can accommodate our needs and almost more importantly, knows how to treat their customers with respect! read more

Beware. They show reasonable prices online but when you actually go to rent the space, they add a one time admin fee, lock fee and insurance. You can tell they do not care about customers, they just try to scam you and trick you into upsells. They say you need to purchase insurance from them but your homeowners/renters insurance will cover it. They will not issue refunds if you change your mind on anything. Ask everything up front or else they will scam you. They do not care about customers, just money. read more
