The best storage company on the planet. They offer 3 sizes of storage containers. They come very clean. They have high ceiling so you can pack lots of items in them! Items can be strapped to the walls. To the ceiling. The man who delivers the containers and picks them up is a dream come true. Everyone with-in this company is a wonderful humane. Super easy to coordinate drop off and pick up. The container was super clean as well. Patrick was the driver on both delivery and drop off and he was extremely careful with the loading and unloading on the tight driveway space. The process that they used to get the container on to the truck was very smooth which assured me that the items inside would not get tossed around and damaged. They came out quickly to provide a quote after having a walkthrough of the items we planned to store to make sure they provided the correct size storage unit. Drop off was great, we had the storage in our driveway and they managed to make it all fit with our boat in the driveway as well. We had it for a couple months and when we were ready for them to pick it up, one call and pick up was scheduled the next day. We worked with Curbside Storage for months. After doing some research we felt they would be the best to handle our storage, and eventual move. In April they came with their first pod. It arrived on time, and we loaded it up, and it was promptly picked up and stored in their "yard". Once our house was sold the owner came to our and looked at what we had and said we would need three additional pods; he was right. When it was time to move these pods to our new house Patrick was wonderful in delivering them and placing them carefully. The woman who handles their home calls, Ashley, was always polite and timely in returning calls. All three of the people we dealt with, Ashley, Patrick, and the owner were fabulous! I have worked with this moving company before and they did a very Nice job, and were pleasant to deal with. So when I used them a second time I expected the same. I paid them in advance and I tipped well. But items were missing, broken and damaged. I notified them of what items were broken and missing, the cleaning of the chaise lounge slip covers was offered, but I never sent them the cleaning bill. Nothing was ever done about the cracked and broken pieces nor the item that did not show up. When I discovered a couple of pieces cracked and or broken...I was very disappointed. (1. a pine hutch). 2. (an antique pie rack ). Missing was an end table with Gold iron and glass) 3 (my expensive Chaise Lounge was missing its cushions) My slip covered Chaise Lounge was delivered but the large bottom pillow and the back pillow was missing. They finally found these cushions as they had been left out in the elements when they emptied the truck into the two containers for storage. Someone had put these cushions into another container, where it sat....When finally someone discovered it, the cushions and slip covers were in very bad shape....I sent them to the cleaners and with much prayer the stains came out. The under cover which goes over the Down.was also in bad shape stained and mildewed....I was able to wash this, but the stains are still there. This under cover is so fragile that as I got it on over the down feathers, it ripped so it will never be able to be removed. The Cost to replace this is extremely expensive.. (Quatrine Home brand. a designer high end product. ). I can only give them a 3 star for their negligence. I do not have photos anymore, this move was several years ago, I'm only writing a review because it came to me. read more

We used these folks for a little over a year during a remodel and then some organization. Great experience all around. The unit was dropped off when and where I requested, picked up the same way, and whenever I needed to visit the unit to get something out, it was always easily accessible to me and my car. Compared to a fixed unit the rates were exceedingly reasonable, and the people were always friendly to work with. Never anything broken, my lock never appeared tampered, and the unit was always in decent shape. The door was sometimes a bit of a challenge to open and close due to the weight distribution sometimes causing things to be a bit tweaked, but a little thought solved all of our issues.
