Review: I strongly advise against renting from this company to store your items. Despite reaching out to customer service, as the owner suggested, I received no meaningful assistance. This company advertises itself as offering the "best rates," but after the initial promotional period of two months at half price, they hit you with unexpected price increases -- in my case, just three months into renting. They justify the increase by claiming other storage companies are doing the same, which is simply not true. For instance, companies like Public Storage typically don't raise rates until after a full year of renting. This company, however, seems solely focused on squeezing as much money out of you as possible. I contacted customer service, and they claimed rates are reviewed and increased after 5-12 months, yet my rent went up by $80 after just three months. I had moved my entire life into this storage unit while trying to get back on my feet, and their only suggestion was to move to a smaller unit -- which doesn't work for my needs. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and it's clear the representatives don't know how to address customer concerns effectively. I'm extremely disappointed with their business practices and lack of support. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more honest and reliable company. read more

I don't understand this facility!..after two months prices goes from $80 A month to $200 for 10x10..now I received indication another increase by email and it's not even 30 days notice! given!....defintely gauging here based on rise of homelessness and rent increase!..in California!.. Whoever designed the lot needs to do that never again. It's like they didn't realize we need to carry stuff into the storage building, or that carts can be dangerous when they are loaded. The designers put some plants right where you need to walk and tilted the concrete so carts would roll and bang into cars. There is a curb to lift all of your stuff over unless you want to use the handicapped area. It was designed by architecture students or someone who hasn't stored stuff themselves. Service was good when I signed up. The building is brand new and clean. Location is excellent next to freeway. read more

The place looks great and people are nice but the design makes it almost impossible to get into the building. They placed plants and in front of the building's only entrance on a very narrow sidewalk which is sloped so that your heavy cart will go spilling into the parking lot if you don't constantly have your hand on it. You can't get in the front door if a car has parked in front of the door. They didn't think about a ramp when they designed this. read more

I came here to store my furniture starting in February of 2022. I was getting out of a bad breakup and I needed to quickly move my furniture into a storage unit and moved back in with my parents temporarily. When I first started with then the price was affordable. It started off at $135. Well I have gone from paying $135-$158 and now I have a notice stating that starting May 1st the rate will be $170. The rate is going up far too rapidly and I'm spending way more than I'd like to on a small storage unit. I'm going to have to start looking elsewhere. I've been with them a little over a year and the price has changed 3 times which isn't cool. The facility is nice and looks brand new. That is what caught my attention with this storage facility and the staff is friendly but the rate goes up way too often. read more
