Felix is a great manager but he is on leave now and the associates running the facility currently johan or Joan whatever his name is he has the worst customer service he has no people skills he does not assist in anyway and when you ask for a manager or supervisor he fails to do his job and get one instead of to diffuse the situation he elevates the situation it's honestly unbelievable and ridiculous how they treat their tenants my husband and I have been a tenant since 2019 and as of today and my interaction with the associate on duty today and lack of concern or care I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

If you don't mind rat poop and pee in your stuff, this is the place! The people are very nice but apparently don't want to tell you everything that you place here will be contaminated. This is not something that happened years ago, or some old story, no, this is a current 2020-2021 problem. They will force you to sign a "Protection Agreement" that will not protect you. There are lots of ways rats get in and they like it here, and no one is asking them to leave. Consider all the food opportunities you bring to Carson Street US Storage, you are helping feed them too, so that's good, right? Do you mind waiting a year to get reimbursed for their negligence? I was less than impressed by the customer service that I received from this storage facility. I've always paid my bill on time and this one time I was late a matter of half a day and was charged a $20 late fee. I asked as being a long time customer if they would waive the fee as a one time courtesy which I knew they could and they blatantly said no.
