The neon sign said open but no one came to the door or answered the phone and there were 4 cars waiting. Further, there was glass in the parking lot and WORST OF ALL was watching one disgruntled person FORCE THE AUTO SLIDING DOORS OPEN! What?! Aren't they supposed to be locked and this place secure? How could someone slide them open with ease?! How would or could I as a prospective customer ever want to store my stuff here?! No thanks. Unreliable. Untrustworthy. Poor business practices.

I had to move out of my old apt because my landlord needed his unit back and paid me for movers and storage. At first, this place seemed awesome! Great location. But as time went by... even though I paid on time (auto pay), my code kept saying "see manager." The first time, he said something about my ID. I went and gave him my ID even though I already finished the process online. THEN... as months kept going by... same issue: "see manager"... what is going on?! How am I NOT able to access my belongings in the space I've been paying for?! Then I found out they can compensate for the trouble and offer a credit or something. So I called the office. THEY said they won't do it because I should've told them each time it happened. What?! They said they gave me a new code and then the same thing kept happening! I just went with my sister whenever she went to get access to the unit! THEN... they said they had locked me in on the rate I had but I got an email saying that they were raising it and then another email saying to disregard... but SUDDENLY, I got charged for $270 for my unit almost $100 more and the place isn't even temperature controlled like advertised! It was hot inside and muggy! Don't rent on the 3rd floor! Next, I had to move my stuff out of my sister's and needed more space and since my stuff was there already, I found a deal and got a smaller unit. They were trying to charge me extra for a transfer? No! I just needed another new unit! So I got a deal for 2 months like it advertised online... except... it pro rated the first month deal and that means I don't get exactly 2 months discount deal, I get whatever is left of the current month! That's shady! But I was desperate so I took it! They charged me the extra lock for overpriced amount and I went in to let the staff know I had my own lock. She told me to come the day I'm supposed to move in and show the manager and he'll refund me the amount. So I came today, 9/11/26 (I know) & no one was in the office! I had movers charging by the hour, babysitting my stuff while waiting for someone in the office to PICK UP! The operator said the manager's lunch hour starts at 1:30. So I ran to the office and it said "Be back at 9:30" but there's another smaller sign that said "CLOSED today!" I called again and the operator said there's NO record on file that it was supposed to be closed. So another lady pulls up and she called the hotline too. We're both standing in the hot sun trying to reach someone and I got movers waiting for me to get the lock opened off my unit I PAID for! I had to move my stuff to someone else's unit temporarily (THANK GOD, they let me!) and come back the next day! I called to see if someone would be there tomorrow (Saturday) and they said they cannot guarantee! To call 9:30am before driving there! This is ridiculous! I'm looking up the owners to send them a message. I'd like some form of refund or credit or compensation for the distress and the days I haven't been able to access my unit, please! Don't come here unless it's the cheapest option you can ever find! If my back wasn't hurting & I can afford movers and a truck again... I'd move everything out and somewhere else!

I could talk to her all day and wish I could! Our unit and the entire facility is spotless. We always have an area to park and unload when we arrive no matter the time. I have rented a storage unit in the past, and the biggest issue was waiting for the elevator... I've literally NEVER waited for one here. Even when I see other customers parked and offloading, still, no wait. Robyn is always there to answer any questions and help you laugh through the stress of moving. I truly can't thank her enough. Couldn't find my info because supposedly my name was reversed. Pretty sure I know how to type in the order of my damn name. Then the guy (Don't know his name. Has a mohawk and tat on the right arm) proceeded to show me a more expensive unit and not the units matching what I reserved. How do I know? He asked me the upselling questions and never showed me the reserved unit and said none of them were available to show until the day of the move-in? Then why have me reserve? Do you think I'm dumb enough to rent a unit I've never seen? They have 2 dollies for the entire building btw. Then he was performing some speech, pumping up the storage building like a sales pitch he just learned in his Management 101 Class. Cut the bullshit. And show me the unit I reserved. I finally had to share with him I've rented for a decade at all different types of storage companies so I already have experience of what makes a good or bad storage company. This guy either needs more training or put in another role. He wasn't receptive to being challenged with feedback. The whole fake salesman persona was offputting. Come to find out this is new management which they should have been upfront about. They've only been here a month. You can tell if you ever have issues with this storage location that they're going to have every excuse. Bottom line is if I reserve a unit online, I expect to be shown a unit that matches that criteria. What a waste of time. And please don't tell me to email your generic customer service email regarding this situation which will most likely go nowhere. But at least, I can warn people to not rent here.
