This place is the best storage location you will find in the South Bay! The staff are all very friendly and professional, exceptionally so. They are also helpful and patient. They always take time to answer my questions, offer guidance, and keep me in the loop. The site is neatly organized, clean, and totally secure. They have some common sense rules about getting in and out, and they enforce them properly, so I always feel like me and my things are safe here. The inside climate is just perfect! Not too dry and not damp at all. Also, not too hot or cold. I have had some temperature and moisture sensitive items to store long term here, and they have always come out in pristine shape. Access to my units for moving and to retrieve items on a daily basis has always been very easy. At first, I was wary about the set hours of operation, but I found over time that structuring the hours added to the security of the complex and I could easily plan to make a trip during access hours. We have had a stressful series of moves with many unpredictable problems, but this place was not one of them. Totally reliable and a pleasure to use! read more

I currently have a storage space elsewhere but after a second rent increase in SIX MONTHS, I decided I am moving my things. I actually had an appointment nearby at another storage facility, but when I went by to check it out, I was really disappointed. It smelled like mold among other things. I drove down the street and I had the pleasure of meeting Paul today. He gave me a tour of A-1. This place is VERY clean, climate controlled and is quite secure. I was not going to sign up today, but Paul made all the difference. He is a professional. He took time to go over the contract and explain how he likes to manage the property.
