We were not notified of the amount beforehand; otherwise, we'd have just done it ourselves and saved $20. That being said, it was exceptionally well packaged and taped. I feel a little ripped off. We should have asked, I guess, but we had no idea how expensive it was to have help. This is the cost before shipping, which will likely be a fortune. Anyway, this is a great store that has any size box you could ever need, and friendly, professional service. We will just buy the materials and DIY it more ourselves next time.

At the counter we were trying to decide between the 10 and the 15 foot truck. Nobody was even behind us in line and he says "hey man, make up your mind, it's either one or the other." We had a 12 hour trip ahead of us. After we pulled out we realized there was still a lock on the back and we didn't have the key. We called and were totally polite about it, said sorry and asked if we could come grab it. He kept going on about how we should have inspected the truck before leaving and that this was on us. I had to drive back to pick up the key and all he said was "I told you, you have to inspect the truck." No apology, didn't take any responsibility, nothing. We played it cool the whole time and never reacted to any of his comments. After I got the key I watched some other customers come in and he talked to them the same way. Then I asked if his name was Walter and his attitude changed a little right away. On my way out I said nice to meet you Walter, sorry again about the key. He goes "you good, bro?" I said yes sir, have a good day, and then he tells me he'll make sure to give me 20 free miles. I'm guessing he figured a bad review was coming.
