Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. Tyler and Jonathan are super great guys! Use their services all the time!

Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you're looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you'll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable. Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner read more

Always great service! Friendly and helpful. Love that they are part of my community. Now if they took Amazon returns that would be the cherry on top read more

I've been a customer at Mail Call for 24 years, first on Sepulveda and now at their W. 87th St location. Jonathan and Tyler are both great people and extremely helpful to their customers. In addition to their shipping services, they also notarize documents and can even take your passport photo. read more

Easy place to mail packages, do returns and get help with boxing things up. Very friendly staff and owner.

Small location, friendly customer service. Stopped in for notary services and the process was quick and easy!

Very convenient, friendly and thoughtful service. The lines are usually short but even when there is a line it is handled intelligently....So much easier than the post office. read more

For remote mail delivery and processing needs the guys at Mail Call LAX are 2nd to none! Courteous, professional, and friendly service is all they know. I highly recommend them to those in need of this type of service. read more

Location is convenient. Service is always professional and courteous. They notarize with no appointment necessary. Really great service.

Went to have some documents notarized. Service was quick and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.

Mail Call is to package delivery what valet service is to parking your car...it's stuff we can do ourselves but, because we don't want to, we're willing to let others do it - for a price. I know, going in, that I'm going to spend a few bucks when shipping things through Mail Call. Jonathan is an expert who's been doing this for a long time. He knows the local delivery cats, knows the FedEx and UPS game plan and offers competitive rates. It even says this on their front window, so it must be true. He'll bubble-wrap, box up and prep your package for delivery anywhere. I've shipped everything from highly valuable trombones to relatively worthless Sea Monkeys. It feels a little swanky to be honest, but when I need that "valet" type of service and I don't want to deal with Louis DeJoy's Post Office, this is where I go. read more

Wow! Who knew that I would actually love a little mail place so much? They are so nice, and it's so easy to send anything from there. Highly recommend! read more

If we could we'd give Mail Call 6 stars, we would. Have our P.O. Box there for over 10 years. Receive & send all our parcel's from there. Have our passport renewals and all important documentations handled by TYLER or JONATHAN. Seemingly all patrons are treated like family, as are we. Don't often write reviews, but this is an exception. Because MAIL CAll is exceptional! Thanks Ty, & Jon....Keep on Mailin. Bob & Moni. read more

I have used Mail Call for many years, to my greatest satisfaction. They are quick, efficient, friendly, and provide great suggestions as to the best ways to handle a mailing situation. On the same day, December 20, 2024 Tyler handed me the Open certified letter. There were six other letters delivered to my mailbox That I did not receive what was shown as delivered via the post office. They came to a total value of ($180 52). Keep in mind I have a legal right to have Tyler prosecuted for going through my mail, especially admitting that he handed me a certified letter that was torn open. Keep in mind the Post Office informed me in the case of ripped or torn letters that they deliver, prior to delivery. They contain the note in a sealed envelope explaining why or how it was opened. This did not happen. Tyler handed me the note as shown in the picture.... I received a phone call from Tyler at Mail Call. Asking me to take down this post. And when I did not take it down on January 16, 2025 they canceled my account and refunded me $126.00. Look like they may be some legal ramifications here... read more

Had 2 packages to drop off on a Saturday afternoon. I had pre-paid labels printed for both so can't speak to pricing. The guy working was super helpful and friendly. One of my packages was a heavier box. I brought packing tape but he helped me seal up the box, and put my label in an envelope before putting it on the box for me. Gave me receipts for both packages and I was on my way very quickly. I would come back here in the future. read more

Quick and easy notary work. I was in and out. The location was easy to find and the back side had a good amount of parking.

It's all in the delivery I've dreaded the experience of shipping items until I came across Mail Call's Yelp reviews. Jonathan is as kind and helpful as everyone says. I had a lot of different items to ship. I provided a list of the shipping information and he packaged and shipped each item. I'm so grateful for their service. I highly recommend Mail Call for all your shipping needs! read more

I found my new shipping location and what a relief that is! Jonathan responded quickly to quote requests, very honest with cost and understanding of needs, super helpful, genuinely nice, efficient and fast! Beyond that, it's a great feeling to give to small family owned businesses in this big city. Mail Call deserves all the praise of taking care of their customers Thank you so much for helping ship important artwork out, you certainly helped calm the anxious nerves of worry. I couldn't be happier, and neither could my client. Thanks again! read more

This is the absolute best place to get all things mail taken care of! And Jonathan and Tyler make the experience lovely and easy! Mail Call LAX is truly the best! read more

Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service! read more

Friendly and helpful customer service. Convenient location off Sepulveda. A cute little hole in the wall with notary services!

I use Mail Call for all of my services possible. Throughout the pandemic, everyone is delightful, professional, kind and easygoing in a world that is increasingly none-of-the-above. Jonathan has a smile in his eyes for every person in there and "do you need a receipt today?" is our ongoing commentary. Nope, however, I appreciate the absolute professionalism each time I walk through the door, and hearing you treat every single person who is a client/customer of your business the same way. I recommend you to anyone nearby. We are grateful for the service provided every time we walk through the door. Y'all are THE BEST. read more

I go here a lot to ship and they are always efficient kind and easy to work with. Love them!!

Great customer service, Owner is helpful, and easy location. I recommend paying for a mailbox here because you're not going to worry about your package being delivered "next door" or tossed in a pile of other mail like at UPS up the road. Jonathan knows his customers. He's observant and when you walk in he immediately knows where your package is and what box is yours. If you want a stress free postal service / mailbox choose this place. read more

Go here all the time. Handle everything quick and easy. Shipping and passport photo and whatever. Nice owners

I've been frequenting this 'strip mall' since I moved to the area. I had never noticed this particular business before because it's located in an alley. If ever visiting, keep your eyes peeled.... Mail Call is nestled between the nail spa & the chicken restaurant. lol I sound like the country guy who sits under the big oak tree & gets asked directions all day... lol! Ok ok.. I digress. Mail Call has really good service. The owners are always kind and professional. I've never once had to wait in line here. If there's ever a wait, there's no more than one person in line before me. They handle everything from UPS, FedEx, DSL..etc, to USPS mail services. They also have rental mailboxes on site and are one of the highest rated notary public in the area. Can't forget the stamps... They sell those here too. ;-) I'm all about no nonsense businesses and if I can avoid going to the post office, sign me up! I've been coming here since 2013 & plan to keep visiting as needed. read more

I needed a notary quickly and researched ones near me. Jonathan and Mail Call had great reviews, so I headed over. His shop is sparkling clean. He's friendly and kind. He was very thorough and detail oriented when it came to notarizing my document. His rates are very competitive. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend him for notary and I'm considering now shipping all my wine club shipments to him too! read more
