I know, going in, that I'm going to spend a few bucks when shipping things through Mail Call. Jonathan is an expert who's been doing this for a long time. He knows the local delivery cats, knows the FedEx and UPS game plan and offers competitive rates. It even says this on their front window, so it must be true. He'll bubble-wrap, box up and prep your package for delivery anywhere. I've shipped everything from highly valuable trombones to relatively worthless Sea Monkeys. On the same day, December 20, 2024 Tyler handed me the Open certified letter. There were six other letters delivered to my mailbox That I did not receive what was shown as delivered via the post office. They came to a total value of ($180 52). Keep in mind I have a legal right to have Tyler prosecuted for going through my mail, especially admitting that he handed me a certified letter that was torn open. Keep in mind the Post Office informed me in the case of ripped or torn letters that they deliver, prior to delivery. They contain the note in a sealed envelope explaining why or how it was opened. This did not happen. Tyler handed me the note as shown in the picture.... I received a phone call from Tyler at Mail Call. Asking me to take down this post. And when I did not take it down on January 16, 2025 they canceled my account and refunded me $126.00. Look like they may be some legal ramifications here... read more

Had 2 packages to drop off on a Saturday afternoon. I had pre-paid labels printed for both so can't speak to pricing. The guy working was super helpful and friendly. One of my packages was a heavier box. I brought packing tape but he helped me seal up the box, and put my label in an envelope before putting it on the box for me. Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call is nestled between the nail spa & the chicken restaurant. lol I sound like the country guy who sits under the big oak tree & gets asked directions all day... lol! Ok ok.. I digress. Mail Call has really good service. The owners are always kind and professional. I've never once had to wait in line here. If there's ever a wait, there's no more than one person in line before me. They handle everything from UPS, FedEx, DSL..etc, to USPS mail services. They also have rental mailboxes on site and are one of the highest rated notary public in the area. Can't forget the stamps...
