I really appreciate them helping me out during my moving experience. I ended up needing to move into a new space, and they were super accommodating. They were able to get me a great quote with a good moving deal that was available online, and the facility itself is very easy to navigate, spacious, with an accessible elevator, carts to help move, and they've been great in offering my alternative spaces to rent that may suit my needs. It's an overall affordable and clean environment where I can safely store my valuables and feel confident that my things are safe and secure. With security also being good with constant video surveillance, I feel comfortable, especially with the added security in not being able to access other floors without a personal space on that level. I have a spot on the third level and I can't even tell that it is because of how accessible everything is. It was perfect for our needs, and when we forgot to take our lock with us upon move-out, the 2-3 different staff members we talked with were kind, understanding, and worked with us to the extent they were able to. Be ready to get your rate increased a ridiculous amount after only a few months in. Total bait and switch. Our rent went from $181 to $241 after only 2 months in. Terrible customer service when they fucked up on their end. Got a lady harassing me on the phone and being rude on something they messed up on my profile where they assigned me to the wrong unit and didn't get my payment. When I provided proof of payment I had to deal with it and it was a headache and this B kept being rude to me. What a shit company. Will be moving out soon. Can I rate negative stars? read more

I gave two stars because I haven't been at this facility maybe six months and after the first couple months the storage fee was increased but the recent increase blindsided me with not only the $100 fee increase but the fact it was due by my next month payment due date!! So I really didn't see this coming and certainly didn't give me enough notice for that hefty amount of increase, wow $100 more I have to come up with when I only have a 5×10 unit. The bathrooms have never been open since I've been there I dont feel safe going there alone with the hallways light sensors turn on only after walking halfway down the dark hallway. The app never opens the damn elevator and only the far elevator worked for a few months. No security on site ever and I see cars still parked late at night multiple times when I have driven past late after work. So for double the fee it's not worth it read more

Oh what a woeful experience I had the day I agreed to deal with these low lifes. Ok, so the place was cheap. Its about the best thing I can say about it and it should be cheap as the building is in the ghetto and is smack up against the freeway, which I later learned allows for a nice layer of diesel dust to grace your belongings after about two weeks. The building itself is dilapidated, the stairs are in disrepair and are edging towards being unsound and the lifts are equally as haggard (the day I moved in the lift jammed (after the office had closed of course) and my stuff had to sit in the open air cage over night. But the real gem was my experience after moving in. First, nowhere does it say that the gate hours are an inviolable law. I took the posted hours to be an advisement that that would be the hours that the gate would be maintained and that it may be shut off after that period meaning to me that outside of that time was at my own risk. I tried the gate late one night (as I am a night owl) and was pleased to know that the place might be convenient to my schedule and reorganized my space in the cool night air. A few days later I see a missed call from Extra Space and assume that maybe I forgot the lock or something nice and polite. No, apparently its one of the desk girls (who's sour contempt for her life and the world in general is barely concealed by the plastic smile that so many years on the lower rungs of customer service have taught her so well) informing me that I am being kicked out of my space for violating the gate policy. Fine, my fault for not completely reading the contract, a little harsh but I guess within their rights so live and learn. But this wasn't insult enough for them as they also tasked her with interrogating me about some "vandalizing" and cart damage that had happened on the premises because of course I entered the facility late and that immediately made me suspect (not that the place is virtually unmonitored the other 24 hours of the day) but I guess I make the easiest target to cover for the staffs incompetence in protecting the building and their renters property inside). But OK, I understand you need to pursue any reasonable avenue so just conduct what ever you need to, I know I am innocent and will gladly cooperate dot dot dot... Over the next few days in searing summer heat, dripping sweat, absorbing the cost of renting another I am subjected to this girls rudeness and hostility. She is visible taking pleasure in watching my suffering. I am wondering if this is the standard company practice, like maybe some undead bishop from a medieval Vatican had brought all that he knew about the inquisition into the practices of customer relations. But ok, I complied, live and learn. Do not be angry at the ignorant freak taking pleasure in her meager moment of power, her life must be insufferable if this is what she needs to do to feel better about herself. Feeling a little irked I decide to tour the site one time before I leave to see this alleged vandalism. Up and down one hallway to the next I see nothing but usual dingy disrepair that is the general state of this hole. All I can find unusual is a cart upended with its wheels carefully removed. Directly above it I see that the barb wire over the gate has been cut and I take a picture for them to see. Nice to know that any transient could hop the gate and have access to building. Also nice to know these people are too dense to draw an obvious line from point a to point b. But OOOOOKKKKKK, my stuff is out and my relationship with these vile people is nearly at an end. Just the matter of getting the remainder of my rent as it was only halfway through the month. Now comes the cherry on top. According to girl (whose shit eating smirk recalls the aroma of a week old fetid garbage heap) because the amount left over, 34.29, was less than 35 dollars the refund is denied. So I guess the policy here is to abuse me 3 ways from Sunday and then rob me as well. I could just as well left my stuff with a band of hobos who would have probably dealt with me more ethically and professionally. My advice is to spend a little more money and save yourself from the grief these goof balls will thoughtlessly unleash on you given the slightest whim. This facility does not look like the photos on Yelp. It has been upgraded and looks absolutely modern and beautiful. My dad is planning to store several things and we were looking for an affordable storage place for him. We came across this place and I'm very happy I did. I contacted two people at that location. As soon as I entered the rental office, the office smelled so good and was absolutely super clean. I was greeted by a gentleman with the name of David. He was very nice and professional. He helped us set up everything in a matter of minutes. Followed by that, we contacted Ana. Very sweet lady. She gave us a very detailed tour of the place and showed us our rental units. She was super helpful and explained everything to us. We have two units and when Ana showed them to me, they were super clean, disinfected and most importantly they smelled fresh! I couldn't ask for more. I'm very happy I came across this place. I just hope their prices don't go up super high so I can get to have my rental units for long term. read more

I was offered a deal to start storage with this business... I was pressured into making a positive review for them. Soon after I was settled, the manager promised if I made payment in advance I would preserve my rate. This was deception... Soon after my rate went up significantly, I paid in advance. Months after I had a raise of over $100 at once claiming market rate. I checked other storages and this was completely untrue. Not only I had to deal with increases... So my storage unit burned up. All my belongings were here everything I owned due to the fact that I was in between homes while I looked for the ideal place to live. I thought it was going to be a safe place to store my homes belongings along with irreplaceable things. Nevertheless I was wrong. The location should've been a dead giveaway though. I'm just so astonished as to how the would let a while building burn up. I mean, no fire detectors and/or after hours security measures. If any one has stuff there I'd suggest moving it. The compensation is not worth it. The things that made up from everyday life are gone and now I have to start from bottom again. They're compensation is 2,000 but I don't thinks that covers it. Worst storage imaginable. There are break ins frequently and the manager has no regard. My unit was burglarized and so were all my neighbors day after day. There is no security, cameras aren't working, hole in the fence, no lighting, no gate, and no action done to address the problem. Looked like a hard worker and knew what he was talking about. Cheapest in this area, not too worried about the neighborhood since it's gated. First month free applies to when they have too many available units, and the website says 24/7 but that doesnt apply to the units that are gated. I am not at all displeased with my experience over here. This is like a clean motel for storing items. I rented a small storage space for a couple of months for a bargain price. I wouldn't really complain for the amount I paid a month. Sure the buildings were old. However it was a nice and clean enough space for my stuff. I didn't have any issues with the staff. The manager was nice to offer me a discounted rate. They informed me pretty well with the storage rules and knew exactly what I was signing up for. My items have now been removed from this area without any sign of damage or tampering. All in all, a good experience! read more

The staff here is so amazing! They emerge helpful when I came to rent my unit and showed me several ones before I found the right size to accommodate me. Any time I had to call with questions they were very helpful. They even called sometimes as a courtesy reminder to pay my storage fees! I got a large unit for a good price and a deal in the beginning. It is in the ghetto, but I didn't have any problems ever so I have no complaints.
