Customer service is very much appreciated by the ladies and gentlemen that run the show. They recognize loyalty and you can be rewarded. I always call in to pay my bill and I have no complaints. They do look out for customers that know what appreciation for good service is. If people are assholes to you, you might just be one. If you're not, then this place will love and take care of you (or even if you are a jerk). It never pays to be one, dear potential customer reading this review. The 1 star is for the new owners of the former Storco, as of December 21, 2023. Storco was sold to a big company with no personal service and raised the rent right out of the gate. You call a number, wait 5 minute then get a bored girl answering service. Apparently, shorter access hours. I will be moving my things ASAP. So sorry to see the wonderful folks at Storco Self-Storage leave. End of a nice era. read more

The facility and the people working there was the most professional & accommodating personnel I've felt with. The security is great there. I change my lock without letting them know and immediately I got a call to notify me that my lock was replace & if it was mine. That's great comfort to know.. so thank you. 100% would not recommend ! When we first chose this place it was a lady she was sweet there is now a guy we tried to come in and access our storage our access was denied we go in the office and try to pay which we were 1 day behind he said go move your car out of my parking lot if u want me to pay which we did when we go back into the office 30 seconds later he goes into the office and lock the door saying he's on a hour lunch we paid our $300 storage bill online still access denied . Then decided to harass us saying us "black b*tch*** can wait outside until he's done with his lunch to give us access i highly wouldn't recommend this place we spend too much money to be treated this way customer service was horrible . He had white powder on his nose not sure if he was doing drugs and having a bad day but I wouldn't recommend no one deserve to be treated this way by there customers would definitely be leaving this place as soon as possible . read more

Okay so I've finally been able to get around and write this dang review. I've been renting from this family owned business for about a cool 7 months and let me tell you...they are so sweet!!! The service there is IMPECCABLE. At the time, I really needed a unit last minute. After multiple dm messages I was giving to many storage places, storco was the first one to reach out to me in less than 30 minutes and at a reasonable price. I was able to check in and get a tour ON A GOLF CART of the place and I fell in love with it. Did I tell you it's in a lot??? No hassle of a 2-3 story building. Going up and down. They also have many options to choose from. I got lucky and got a sky roof. Love the natural light. But anywho 1000/100 thank you personally to Kassandra, Arturo, and the owner Tanya for being just so damn great. read more

It's easy access off Orange Ave. The offices are in bungalows in front of the gated entrance. The ladies who work there are nice. You can either pay through the mail or in person. No more over the phone. It's inconvenient for me but I can deal with it. You'll need the key code to get in and out. All the storage is single story so it's more exposed to heat. It's no big deal unless you're storing electronics, I guess. Be aware of the storage hours because you can get locked in! read more

The storage is right off of the freeway, which is a plus. Awesome customer service!! The people are super nice and friendly! It's so convenient how you can drive your car right up to the storage!!! I'm paying half price for my storage for 12 months. You can't beat that! The place is super clean, including the restroom and there are plenty of security cameras. Best storage I've had so far! After calling this place, and being told they had the perfect unit I wanted available, I decided to drive down there. I spoke to Tonia. She was very nice, and apologized for not having the size unit she told me she had on the phone 15 minutes before I got there. Apparently the unit she thought was available had stuff in it and was about to go to an auction, so she could not rent it to me as promised on the phone. There was a promotion going on for 50% off your rent for 2 months, which she extended to 3 months due to the fact that I couldn't get the size unit that was promised to me. I paid my first two invoices THE DAY I got them even thought it was at least 12 days BEFORE they were due. Fast forward ahead to the invoice for the third month. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it was at REGULAR price...not 50% off like I was promised! When I told her, she told me that the special was only for 2 months. She was lying because the main reason I even took the smaller unit was because they offered me THREE MONTHS at 50% off. So now I am stuck paying twice as much as I should have to for the third month, in a unit that is smaller than I wanted. I am NOT very happy at all. Too bad...everything else about this place was pretty good. I will be sure to tell anyone that asks me for a storage recommendation what they did to me and to stay clear of this place. read more

Great facility. Super clean. Employees are kind and helpful. Property is roomy -- plenty of space to park near or at your unit and load/unload/sort through your things, Most units have drive-up access. Doesn't feel at all cramped or require navigating a maze of narrow hallways like some facilities. Convenient location -- literally seconds from the 405 freeway. This storage place just wants to sell your belongings off every chance they get! Please do not go there, proceed with caution! The general manager there is extremely rude and not customer friendly at all! She has no sense of customer service what so ever and it shows. The staff is being lead by an individual who is a terrible leader and it rubs off on them as well. I just rented a space last week at Storco. I was storing at another location near by and had issues with their staff. I was referred to Storco by a neighbor. I went there to take a tour and look at some units. I was so impressed with the worker there and her knowledge of storage. The place was clean and the unit was ground level. So much better than the whole elevator and hallway storage where I was. I give Storco 5 stars because I feel they treated me with great customer service and the place is so clean. read more

Our whole family goes to Storco whenever we need some extra storage. I tried one of the other places and had roaches all in my boxes. Storco is clean and safe. I dont know what the other review person is talking about. You can't get locked in. Not possible. But whatever... I will always store my stuff here.
