I rented a small unit from this facility back in 2008 for around a year and recall how safe and clean the environment was. Back then it was under a different name. Came back recently to rent a unit and it is as if time stood still--Everything is clean and functioning. Applause to Maria and her team for being able to maintain the facility over the years! Worst storage unit ever. I've been using this storage for 3 years. I have always been able to come in at 6 am-9pm Including all major holidays as is stated on the card I was given as I got my storage unit. Around last month while I was in my storage unit I was leaving around 6:30 and I got locked in. I didn't know why I was locked in and I had to wait for 30 minutes for a kind gentleman to help me get out of my storage unit. Multiple times after that, I went back and tried my code but it didn't work, and there wasn't anyone in the office. So I tried to call customer service. Unsurprisingly no one answered. I called again a few days later and no one answered again. Then I called another day and finally someone picked up the phone. They spoke to me and told me that I have to have autopay enrolled to get "extended hours." That's the first time I've ever heard about this in the 3 years I've been using this storage unit. I had to find out after being locked in the storage. Then she proceeds to tell me that she will give me back my hours. So today, I went to my storage unit and I put my stuff in, and my boyfriend unfortunately left his phone in there, so we went back to get his phone at 6:10 pm, but guess what. We weren't able to go in. So I called and asked why my hours were still not back and if they could fix it but they said that they could not. So now my boyfriend doesn't have his phone and can't go to work tomorrow cause he needs to go during the "regular hours." Also they upped the price of my unit to 185 dollars a month for a tiny 5 by 5 unit. read more

I needed to return one of the boxes that I purchased, and Maria was very patient and helpful when it came to helping me receive my money back. I really enjoyed this facility when I first rented a unit (this is before it was bought out by StorQuest). The storage unit & facility itself was nice, clean, brightly lit, and is a well secured building. I felt safe coming during after hours. I would advise current tenants & NEW comers to regularly check their bank statements for unauthorized charges. Within the first month of StorQuest managing the building, I was double charged for my unit with two separate transactions. When I called to rectify this the representative said they had no documentation on their end of on a second charge... only one. I ended up calling my bank to dispute it. BUT THEN, two weeks later- during the same month- I had another unauthorized charge withdrawn from StorQuest (mind you- these are $100+ charges). When I called StorQuest again they had "no record of this" & no apologies, just clueless. I feel there is definitely something happening within their company or perhaps an internal theft. Unsettling. Needless to say- we no longer use this facility. I just felt current and future tenants should be aware. read more

My Company really needed storage last minute and not only did they come through with the size we needed, they had multiple units avail on the same floor. Maria, the Store Mgr, was exceptional with her customer service and knowledge. I really appreciated how quickly she responded to my email and follow up phone calls. They CARE about YOUR stuff NOT your MONEY! This is my second time using them the first time I used them to store my items until I moved this time I moved back home with my dad in Altadena and was storing with them. Evry time I move in Maria helps me and she works fast in getting you checked in but in an efficient manner ! I'm usually behind on my payments how my income is but I always pay and and am able to keep my storage. Life happens and I was behind a few payments and up for auction ! I also lost everything in the wildfires in Altadena recently and so of course escaping with nothing I had to use my storage money for food and just for shelter over me and my sons head ! Anyways I just knew of course they couldn't wait to profit by auctioning my belongings which included my grandmothers auctions and did not sleep. Something told me to call . I was able to speak by grace of god with Maria again. And gave me 1 day extension ! I just KNEW they wanted to sell my stuff rather than helping but they DID NOT ! We were currently at another storage unit that was increasing like crazy that was no where close to home. I stumbled on this one because it was walking distance from my job, looked at their reviews and online specials. They are super affordable and definitely more convenient for me to stop by. Set up my online order with ease. When I went in, Maria was super helpful and saved my reservation from canceling and online pricing from going away ( due to me not answering the courtesy calls they issue out to make sure you are actually coming in, sorry Maria again lol).
